BRAND NEW COTTAGE (same property but cottage is brand new, and available from September 2022). Binbrook is centrally located between Lithgow , Bathurst and Oberon. It has a gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage (60m2) on 17 acres. Curl up in front of the combustion fire, take in the amazing views, wander around the property and find the creek, talk to the sheep and alpacas, listen to old time records or explore surrounding countryside. Hereford House is a tastefully renovated self-contained three bedroom "Heritage Listed" cottage. Initially it was a semi-detached workers cottage built in the 1870's as accommodation for the employees of the Hartley Kerosene Oil & Paraffine Co.Ltd which was established in Hartley Vale on July 31st 1865.
