Suite is private with a queen size bed (Posturepedic), work desk and chair. The rest of the apartment is shared with one male resident. Shared spaces include in-unit washer/dryer room, full kitchen, full bath with soaking tub, back porch with neighborhood view, and living space with wifi, Apple TV, mini hi-fi system, classic 80s video arcades.

A Lovely Private Room in the heart of Cambridge

Ideal location, just steps from Harvard Square. Enjoy a sunny room in a top floor condominium, close to Harvard University, the Red Line T stop, and with many restaurants, coffeehouses, and bakeries within walking distance. Your host and her gentle cat enjoy having guests. Available to a guest is a double sized bed, shared bathroom, and use of the flower- filled super-sized deck. There are limited kitchen privileges. The unit is on the third floor, no elevator. The price in non-negotiable.

Cozy Room near Ball Square / Tufts U / Davis Sq.

The accommodations are in the 2nd floor unit of a house close to Tufts University. It's a 13 min walk to Davis Square T; 35 min to Kendall/MIT. This small, quiet 2nd floor guest bedroom has exclusive use of a bathroom. The room is great for solo guests needing a temporary stay in the neighborhood. There is one paid off-street parking space $10/night, availability is first come first serve. You MUST AGREE to install the August Smart Lock to access the premises. No physical keys.
