We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.
