Welcome to Wernigerode in the Harz! We look forward to welcoming you to our extensively renovated apartment - just a five-minute walk from the old town. We have placed a lot of emphasis on an ecological construction with clay bricks, clay plaster and wood fiber insulation. Free parking on public street in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked/charged in the courtyard upon request and subject to availability. Our apartment is bookable exclusively for adults (max. two) and not for children.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang in unserem Haus. Im Stadtzentrums von Ilsenburg, in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants, Parks, Rad- und Wanderwegen. Es hat einen schönen großen Garten zum Grillen und Entspannen. Cozy apartment with private entrance in our house. Located near the Ilsenburg town centre, in close proximity to restaurants, parks, walking, hiking and biking trails. It has a beautiful spacious garden for barbecuing and relaxing after a day of exploring the surroundings.

Kosa Vacation Rental

The apartment is in the heart of Wernigerode. Tours are possible in all directions. Cyclists are welcome. The apartment is for max. 2 people. It is located about 5 minutes' walk from the center. A stop for the city bus is about 30 meters away. The apartment is a self-contained apartment and is on the ground floor. No car parking space available. ATTENTION! The apartment is located on Federal Highway 244. Unfortunately, traffic noise is also to be expected during peak hours.

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. Times have changed, but our apartment wants to take up this tradition and pay homage to the Harz Mountains – while at the same time offering a modern style and a high level of comfort. Wernigerode in the Harz

From this central but quiet accommodation you can quickly walk to the forest (10 min), the city center (10 min), the castle (20 min), the Harzquerbahn stops (10 min). Supermarket and bus stops are also nearby (3 min). You will be staying on the 3rd floor of a 140-year-old half-timbered house with beautiful views. Parking, bed linen, towels (if necessary also baby bed and high chair) - everything is available! We can provide toys for your children!

Cozy apartment near downtown

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The renovated apartment has 1 cozy living room, 1 spacious dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen. In about 10 minutes you can reach downtown Wernigerode, the market square with the town hall and the many restaurants and shops. The bathing establishment is opposite, and the swimming pool is about 400 meters away.

'Small and Fine'/K4

The vacation rental is located in a pretty half-timbered house in the middle of the city. Everything is a few minutes away and yet quietly located. Dear guests, my house rules state that my apartment is not suitable for children. Practical and insurance requirements are not met.
