JR Gifu Station is also 10 minutes away, making it convenient for sightseeing when using this as a base. The living room on the first floor is about 40 ㎡ and the bedroom on the second floor is about 30 ㎡. There are about 3,000 manga books in the living room, and you can't watch broadcast TV, but you can watch Netflix, so it's also recommended for longer stays. The bedroom has 3 single beds, 1 bunk bed, and 3 futons, accommodating a total of 8 people. Ichinomiya City is famous as Oshu Ichinomiya, one of the world's three largest producers of woolen fabrics.
