'Chriss - Cliffs' - Close to creek & beaches

Simple tidy 3 bedroom home on the quiet south side of Hat Head Creek. 2 x Queen bed rooms and a King Single with Trundle. 300m to the footbridge when walking over to the town beach or creek for a swim/snorkel or to 'The Gap'. Has nice kitchen, sunny open plan living/dining with air con. There is a wooden outdoor setting, bbq and 2nd shower and toilet in the laundry. Bird Song is on fertile farm land on Kinchela Creek, only a few kilometres from Hat Head and South West Rocks on the Mid North Coast. It is only 10 minutes from Pacific Highway and an ideal stop over point or relaxing weekend. Our farm house has panoramic views across the country side and creek. The guest house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom is adjacent to our house on an elevated deck which surrounds the swimming pool. Our farm has cows, horses, dogs, free range ducks, chickens & turkeys.
