Wonderful place, we enjoyed ourselves and grateful for the flexibility with our additional requests! We were able to enjoy a family braai under complimentary great shelter provided!

We didn’t end up staying overnight because our flight was changed, but the room and the guest house were both charming and pleasantly quirky. We’d book to stay again if we find ourselves back in Johannesburg

I really enjoyed my stay at Sam’s place. The location is great - it’s in a nice area of the city, close to many restaurants, etc. Sam was very kind and provided great recommendations. The house itself is beautiful and the room was clean and had everything I needed.

Josie's place is a gem! Especially when you attend an event at Wanderers. We will certainly return.

Such a wonderful stay at The Corner house. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable furniture and furnishings with luscious gardens… a little piece of tranquility which is what we were after. Helen and Darryl were exceptional hosts, friendly, welcoming & deeelish breakfasts! We will definitely be back when next in Jhb.

It was quite amazing to Netflix and chill after a night out. It is extremely safe and will definitely book again.

the host was very accommodating with my early check in and check out times. Their breakfast is a proper hot breakfast, which was a refreshing change from the usual cereal bar. As most of the guests are there on business, the house is often very quiet and empty, and I found it easy to focus on work, uninterrupted. The staff was really friendly and kept the place in top shape.

This place is 5* +++, the hosts were beyond amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect, stylish, classy and so comfortable- we would take this room over staying in a hotel any day. We enjoyed our stay so much and without a doubt we will stay here again when we next visit. I would without a doubt recommend this room to anyone visiting, safe and very secure... we loved it!

Cheryl is a great host and very responsive. The guest house is beautiful, peaceful and extremely clean. Everything I was looking for.

We had wonderful stay, the place is neat and private, however we had difficulties with checking out as they was no one at the reception.

Kloofies felt like a home away from home. Hostess was very warm and welcoming and made great recommendations for nearby attractions. I will definitely return Kloofies again

Getting the vouchers and doing the activities was quite a hassle, had to walk up and down ,didn't get to do all the activities we wanted to do.

It is really well located close to Sandton and very accessible and the house had everything you need.

My stay at Nicki's guest house felt like a true wellbeing retreat. From the moment I arrived the tranquil environment—with a beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool, and fish pond—helped me unwind. Nicki was an exceptional host, supported by her long-standing staff, who ensured everything was perfect. I was pleased to receive a room upgrade, complimentary free weekly laundry, and weekday cleaning services. Mornings were therapeutic: I’d start my day bird-watching in the garden with a cup of coffee, admire the fish in the pond, take a leisurely walk around the lush & safe suburb, enjoy a swim, and relax sunbathing—all before officially starting my day/tour. The property is well-maintained, making it ideal for long stays, short breaks, or weekend getaways. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. There’s ample parking, and a shopping center just three minutes away, close to airport, attractions and malls. Thanks Nicki for a memorable first time holiday in SA.

We enjoyed our stay, Liz and Dirk are super friendly, lovely people. When in Benoni again will defnitely stay with them again.
