Das Eine kann für eine Person als Schlafplatz genutzt werden und das Andere ist ein Schlafsofa, dass für 2 Leute zum Bett umfunktioniert werden kann, ein Badezimmer, ein Gäste-WC, ein offenes Esszimmer und eine Küche, zur freien Verfügung. Und das alles, idyllisch, mitten in der ältesten Fußgängerzone Deutschlands. 82 qm zum wohlfühlen.

Landidyll Dingstede

Die 75m² große Wohnung befindet sich im ältesten Teil eines ehemaligen Rauchhauses inmitten der Natur im Oldenburger Land. Die Wohnung wurde 2020 ökologisch saniert. Den ursprüglichen Charakter des Hauses haben wir beibehalten und mit modernen Elementen kombiniert. Vom offenen Ess-/ Wohnbereich gelangt man auf die Terrasse in den Naturgarten, der mit genutzt werden kann. Im Garten gibt es auch einen Bereich für unsere Pferde. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und geeingnet für Naturliebhaber.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. At the gates of Oldenburg and Bremen, we offer our own granny flat from 2012 with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed is nice and cozy with enough space for 2 people. It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
