Feeling very refreshed after 2 lovely days spent at the magical Bethells Beach. Mary’s spot is a so peaceful, cosy and the perfect location to unwind for the weekend. Mary was incredibly helpful and kind and provided some great suggestions of the area. An extra special treat is Mary making us a yummy breakfast with eggs from her 4 local ladies and a delicious cup on coffee. It truly was a 5* stay and we can’t wait to come back.

I booked Emma's place for my bridal team to get ready in. Space-wise, it was perfect, gorgeous views, and amazing communication with the host. We had a slight hiccup with the microwave not being cleaned properly, but Emma was so quick to resolve the issue that it was like it never happened. 10/10 recommend!!

What a fantastic house to stay in, it really feels like you are in Italy. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to have the open fire for the colder nights and the well setup outside area for the warm sunny days. There were heaps of activities and games to play. We loved our family stay here.

Such a beautiful Airbnb in a really peaceful location, yet still close to town. Sirpa was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages, and her Airbnb was exactly as described in the listing and photos - modern, clean, comfortable and private. Our two girls absolutely loved the selection of toys at the Airbnb too!

We spent 3 busy months traveling across New Zealand with our baby and we had the privilege of staying at Anne’s for our very last week. It was a week in paradise: an incredible view of farmland and mountains, songbirds galore, a beautiful citrus orchard and two incredible hosts who welcomed us like family. The place was spotless and so nicely decorated, generously equipped with everything you need. We had lots of room for our bub, whether for playing, eating or sleeping. The outdoor tub was a real treat, both for baby bath time and for stargazing at night! Anne went out of her way to make us feel at home and was so generous with our little one. He got to meet and feed farm animals and spent lots of time enjoying their swing. The location was ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet central for discovering the peninsula’s east coast. For hikers wanting to go off the beaten path, there are accessible tracks nearby. Staying here meant soaking in NZ’s best before heading home!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Julie’s villa in Coromandel. The place was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and had such a homely feel that we instantly felt at ease. Julie was a fantastic host—welcoming, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was provided, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommend!

From my Mrs: My partner and I LOVED our stay. I was in awe of everything, we had a bath underneath the stars, had a nice hot meal in the little kitchen at the top — waking up to the nice golden light in the morning and being able to see Whakaari UGH perfection. The beach is a 7 minute walk away and it’s so cool! The horses there are beautiful. Just everything here was so good and relaxing, felt really sad to leave but definitely keeping this place as one of our go-to’s for some time away from home. Thank you, Sarah! We will be back for sure! Absolutely delivered what was on the tin. To others thinking glamping is seasonal, it was toasty as anything and outside there's a an outdoor fire and a hot tube - sublime. Kids loved feeding the animals and discovering nature. Thanks for everything!

Great little studio with all the equipment you might need for a short stay. Friendly hosts. Quiet location, a bit far from any stores, but perfect for our stay.

We had the most amazing time staying at Krystie's place. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. However, shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. It's also in the perfect place for visiting the Hobbiton movie set, which was our primary reason for coming to the area. The farm animals are also great. My kids were delighted to get to feed the pig and the chickens (and I won't lie, I enjoyed it too!). We were lucky the first night and got a clear sky so we could do some stargazing - it was fantastic to be able to show my city kids the Milky Way for the first time. Our second night, it rained a lot, but we were warm and cosy inside the house and listening to the rain was relaxing and peaceful. The house itself is lovely. It's very spacious, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. We felt right at home. Highly recommended- my only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

I've stayed in many air bnbs over the years but this one has to be my favourite of them all. John And Sue left so many personal touches. They were incredibly kind and accommodating and were absolutely lovely with our children as well. They showed us all around the farm and let the kids feed the animals which they loved. The space as well was incredible. So comfortable and relaxing with amazing views all around, and just a short drive to Raglan. Our only regret was not booking for longer.

Susan's place was great! Very comfortable, very clean and neat. The surrounding area is very peaceful. She had everything we needed at hand. We aren't used to the cold, yet she had heaters for each room available which kept us warm nicely. Thank you Susan for your hospitality!

Absolutely loved my stay in the containership. It rained the entire time I was in the Waikato for fieldays and the containership offered a warm cozy retreat at the end of a long day. The hosts were incredible communicators and even went the extra mile to provide me with the use of their crockpot for easy dinners after a long day. One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Incredible craftsmanship and wonderful private outlook. 10 out of 10

Was beautiful studio perfect place to disconnect from the world and just be. Nicole was such a great host so easy to deal with. A quick easy drive to the town for dinners or breakfasts and back to the piece and quite of the beautiful studio.

Michele and her husband were very friendly and helped me get my car to the right place after I took the wrong turn. Follow their instructions, not Google maps once you start going down the driveway 😉. Had a fantastic stay.

The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Unbelievable location, great host, everything we could want or need. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s. It was exactly what we needed to wind down. Although the kitchenette was small, we still managed to cook a pasta dish and also a delicious breakfast. The view from bed in the morning was lovely. It was the perfect location for us to do what we needed in Tauranga and out at the family’s farm near Kati

Rory and his family was amazing. If we ever came back to New Zealand we will be staying here again!! I could not recommend this place more, the host was lovely and super helpful in more ways than one!!

We had such a fun time at this property. We visited with friends for my Fiancés birthday and it literally had everything we needed! The favourites were the hot tub and table tennis table. The beds were luxurious and comfy with amazing views from each room. It was so peaceful and relaxing - we all had a perfect time. Thanks so much for having us!

Sue’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! Every detail was thoughtfully curated — from the fresh baking that greeted us & supplied during our stay, to the beautiful, luxurious bedding that made for an incredibly restful stay. The space was spotless, cozy, and stylish, with everything we needed and more. Sue has truly created a warm and welcoming haven. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is what makes Air BnB a good platform to use when travelling as you can find little gems like this in secluded places. The cottage was pretty much spotless, had all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner daily and the kids toys, books and games were an added bonus. The views from the living room and bedrooms are beautiful and having a fireplace to warm us up at night was the cherry on top. One of our favourite Air BnB's we've ever stayed in.

Perfect place for my daughter and I to stay after a sporting event in the area. My daughter particularly loved the horse just outside the cottage!

Hattie was great to work with and very kind. The house pets were also very cute and sweet. The view from the property is amazing as well! Great little place for a weekend getaway and the nearby towns were great for exploring. Hattie kept us informed of everything was available for anything we needed.
