There is a boat on the shore of the cottage. The cottage and sauna are heated with wood. The fridge and stove run on gas. The water is carried from the lake and the water is heated in the water tank of the sauna stove. Electricity is provided by solar panels. In the yard, an outdoor shower. During the winter season, solar panels are not in use.

The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
