Porotieva - Reindeer Retreat Lakeside

Private new beach cottage on a large plot, amphitheater-like location on the shores of the very clean Lake Livojärvi, on the Lapland Riviera. Two saunas (wood-heated and electric-heated) and a hot tub. You may see reindeer right in the yard of the cottage. During the summer season (May to August), we offer two SUP boards, a boat and fishing gear. During the winter season, we offer a few snowshoes, skis and poles for skiing, as well as fishing equipment for ice fishing. The property has a hill and stairs.

It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. In summer, you can go hiking directly from the yard. There is a dock and a rowing boat on the beach.
