We were looking for a quiet and relaxing environment with the possibility of walks and visits, to spend the new year. We were spoiled by the house of Virginia and Samuel (space, equipment, view...), as well as by the region (hikes, ski resorts, medieval villages...). As a bonus, we had snow and sun throughout our stay. Thank you again for your availability (and Julie's) and for the special touches upon arrival. We highly recommend your listing.

We had a great time in this charming home. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped, decorated with great taste, and impeccably clean. Everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of the guests. The exterior is just as pleasant: a quiet, green, perfectly maintained setting, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. The location is particularly soothing, in a pretty corner full of authenticity, conducive to rejuvenation. A beautiful address that we would highly recommend!

Great stay just outside Brioude, perfect for a bigger group, with lots of beds, and a perfect kitchen with all the utensils and equipment for cooking. Thierry was really responsive for any queries.

The house is in a very peaceful neighborhood, a beautiful renovation, the interior equipment is great, nothing is missing. The proximity of Puy en Velay (5 minutes) allows you to visit this incredible region that hides hundreds of treasures. You can book without a second thought.

Very good stay at Matthieu's place! Very clean, well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the beautiful region as a family with the children. Matthieu is readily available.

Very well located, clean and accessible accommodation not far from the Allier and the village. A stealthy visit from Alain allowed us to converse and get to know some parts of the area. A very accessible and open host.

1 perfect week spent with 4 generations. The big plus for us was the private rooms with 12 people and 4 kids. Lots of space, dishes, tranquility, no opposite. We made the most of the swimming pool, the river, hot tub with a week at 40° was just missing the air conditioning! On the outside side, we tried the pizza oven excellent! nice evening....not to mention on arrival the small regional culinary attention on the table 😋

We spent 2 fabulous weeks with the family at this charming house with an authentic atmosphere. The house is very large, ideal for gathering for large tables but also to isolate yourself if needed, everyone has quickly found their place. The amenities are perfect, nothing was missing (beds made on arrival, towels provided, coffee machine, pool table, foosball, books...). It's a real inhabited house, with a special "soul" where the living is good. Special mention for the breathtaking panorama and views of the castle. We thoroughly appreciated the pool with its rest kiosk with stunning views. Small downsides if you really have to find them: lots of insects (it's the countryside!) and no shops less than 6 km away but it's also what gives it charm. A big thank you to the owner Claudine for her warm welcome and kindness, as well as to her son Corentin who was available and responsive before our arrival.

We had a great time at Celine's place. The house is functional and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed being able to eat outside in the shade of the trees. The location is ideal in a very welcoming village. I recommend it.

We stayed at Claire and Ioann's place for a week in August. We had booked all 4 rooms and the kitchen. The entire communication in advance was very nice and accommodating. Upon arrival we were received very nicely, Claire had cooled some rosé for us, the perfect start of a grandiose week. Claire took a lot of time for us. The rooms are very nice, each has its own bathroom and everything was very clean. The pool is great, nice and big, heated and has fantastic views to the mountains. For the kids there is plenty of space to run and play. There are also chickens, a donkey and 2 sheep. Every morning we were conjured up an absolutely loving breakfast (with eggs from their own chickens). Claire and Ioann are absolutely great and helpful hosts who inquired about our well-being daily and were also able to give many tips for excursions. We were fishing, the fish were exempted for us and we grilled them in the evening (no fishing license needed) , there are lots of markets, streams to Making picnics and dams and you can go to Velorail (was very fun) We were 11 people (6 adults and 5 children) and had a fantastic vacation, in which we were taken care of very well. The house and the entire outdoor area as well as the sleepy village of Rochepaule are absolutely charming and very pretty. 5 stars, all thumbs up and happy to come back. Thank you Claire and Ioann for the great time at your place.

The place fully matches the listing. It is very comfortable and in a very peaceful environment, while being very close to Puy En Velay. Lise is very welcoming and caring. We recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Jm and Laurence's (we were 2 couples and a 3-year-old child). Communication was good, check-in to the listing was flexible. We had a little green pool problem on arrival but we followed the instructions and it quickly worked out! The week was very hot, the + would have been fans in the bedrooms for the night. I recommend the house in particular for its location: close to Puy en Velay and many activities within a 20-minute drive (Corboeuf ravine, footbridge, Beaume waterfall, kayaking, etc.)! Thank you for hosting us and see you again!

the welcome was very cordial and warm and we received all the necessary information about the area to make it a very nice week. We enjoyed all the comfort from the house from beginning to end. We could go see the host with all our questions. the owner was so helpful. We recommend this house, an ideal base for exploring this area. Or to enjoy the estate quietly.

Very pleasant, very friendly hosts! House was spotless, everything was clean in both the bedrooms and the living areas. There are places to park vehicles in the courtyard, which is very convenient. We were able to enjoy the pool in the sun. Nothing negative to say, everything was impeccable. We can only recommend! Thank you.

Unique home in a beautiful location. The view is breathtaking, we have enjoyed it every day on the terrace and in the "sun room". The swimming pool with this view is also enjoyable. You will share this pool with the owners, but this is done in very good and flexible consultation. The house is beautifully decorated with the ceramic art of the owner. We felt very comfortable here. Despite the hot outside temperatures, it is still pleasant to keep the house cool. Definitely a place to return to in the future!

Good evening, value for money! Our hotel was at the top, super clear and proactive, the information was given to us in advance as it should be, The place is very nice, well arranged, quite easy to use especially with a small child (well equipped also) Very exotic for the occasion, exactly what we were looking for with our friends, also a very nice place with children a little older, many games and activities! In line with the listing in all respects! Point of vigilance, however, related to unloading with the steps! Great weekend!!!
