J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

House on a 100 m2 floor located on a quiet street in Montier-en-Der. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (SENSEO), open to the living room including a living room. The floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a dressing room, air conditioning and TV for each bedroom, a sofa bed is also available on the mezzanine, then the bathroom. Maison au bord du lac, agréable et tranquille. Feu de cheminée! Très confortable pour les vacances ou le travail. Terrasse, jardin, verger accessible aux voyageurs. Vous serez à 100 mètres de la plage et de la base nautique (pédalo, canoé...). Un sentier, apprécié des joggeurs et des promeneurs, permet de faire le tour du lac (5km). La ville de Langres, à moins de 10km, sera appréciée pour son riche patrimoine et ses commerces. Pas de commerces au village.

Charming little house located in the heart of the village of Cousances-les-Forges, easily accessible by the N4. The house has a bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a sofa bed in the living room. Private outdoor area with terrace. Close to all amenities (bread/proximity store/pharmacy within 100 m). Self check-in and late check-in possible. Bed and shower linens included. Only 🐶 1 pet accepted, if small size and prior request (not in the bedroom).

Maison située à la campagne au coeur de la cité du cristal. Cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre parentale avec dressing et une plus petite avec deux lits une personne. Internet et TV connectée a disposition. Proche de la ville et de nombreux sites touristiques ( parc d'attraction, musée divers, abbaye, domaines viticoles, lacs, magasins d'usine etc). Linge de maison fourni.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
