Between lake and mountain, a peaceful place with a hot tub and exceptional 180° views! Your spacious bedroom features a 160 bed, TV and desk. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the same floor, which is dedicated to you. Linen provided. On the ground floor, breakfast (+ €10/pers.) is served on the veranda, which is particularly pleasant, or on the terrace. In the evening, you can have shared access to the kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, as well as the terrace.

Villa Puebla was built in 1880 by a Barcelonnette entrepreneur who made a fortune in Mexico. It's an Art Nouveau villa that has kept all its furniture, park, and greenhouse. House on the Ourme: 3 bedrooms and table d'hôtes

The house on the Ourme is a guest house (possibility of table d'hôtes by reservation before your arrival) where the living is good. Located in the middle of the mountains, 40 minutes from the center of Grenoble, quiet and green. This house is my primary residence. Homemade breakfast (breads, brioches, jams) is included. This listing is for the rental of 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, the third with the shower to share with the other occupants of the house.

Our house, located in a green setting, at the foot of hiking trails and very close to the Route Napoléon, will seduce you for a stopover during your vacation or for a weekend in the mountains. The view of Lake Sautet or of its Majesty Obiou will leave you with a very good memory. You can also taste the dishes offered at the table d'hôte if you let us know a little in advance. A closed garage is available for bikes or motorcycles.

I offer you a stay in a nice room in my house, located in a very quiet area not far from the city center, about 20 minutes on foot and just a few minutes by car. The kitchen is available for heating up a meal. I offer a vegetarian evening meal for €20 on order. Beds: 1 double bed (140) + 2 single beds (90) on the mezzanine (access via a steep staircase, ideal for tall children/agile adults). Comfort: Private bathroom, sheets, towels, TV, hairdryer, iron. Note: There is no kitchen, so this is a chance to try the local restaurants! Calm and family atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

Welcome to all bikers, we ourselves are bikers, we provide you with a shelter and small equipment for the quick maintenance of your machines. After a good night's rest, you can safely hit the road again.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Sulit Gîte

The "Le Sulit" gîte is a 3-star 135 m² duplex located in the rear part of our old farmhouse. Our farm is located in the hamlet of Les Richards with a dominant position and a superb panorama of the valley. From the house, enjoy walks, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and relaxing moments in the garden on the deckchairs or garden furniture.
