At the foot of the high mountains you can enjoy a unique stay in an oasis of peace and nature. The yurt is in a food forest. You stay in a large yurt with lots of privacy and a private outdoor shower and composting toilet. This is the ideal base for spontaneous day hikes. For example, you can go to cascade de l'oussouet (30 min) or cascade de pan (30 min). On the other hand, you can also take larger walks to pic de l 'oussouet (6h) or pic de montaigu (11h). We welcome you to our fully equipped 50 m2 contemporary yurt located at Hameau de Lias 65100 Berbérust-Lias. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom (with dry toilet), 2 bedrooms and a terrace, which will allow you to enjoy stunning views of the mountains. Hikes are possible around the yurt... You can enjoy a visit to the "Fibre de Vie" farm offering Mohair and Alpaca wool products. Ski resorts 35 to 45 minutes away.

A Mongolian yurt settled in its own sheep meadow, out of sight of the house, from where you can see no road or tower, just the forests and mountains. You can hear the river rushing, but no traffic noise. There is very little light pollution so you can see the stars exceptionally well. We located near the famous city of Lourdes, several spa towns and many sites of the high Pyrenees.
