Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hauts-de-France

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Once we entered the garden of the cottage, we lost track of time and were able to fully enjoy the place to relax. Fanny is very friendly and makes a point of honor that everything is perfect.

the equipment is of good quality. Arrival at the host's place with the lockbox allows for self check-in. Being a Harry Potter fan, the theme was perfect for the stay. The bedding and linens are clean. We had a great stay. Only downside: the lack of darkness in the upstairs bedroom for sleeping. I highly recommend this listing! Thank you 🖤

We booked a girls' night for a birthday, we loved it!!! Everything was perfect, the accommodation, the jacuzzi, the bedding, the outside with the view of the fields is so peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast was a success with everything you needed: juice, coffee, milk, fresh bread and pastries. Many thanks!!! The icing on the cake: exceptional weather ☀️ A good place to recommend in the area.

The cottage is very clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The spa is a real treat, ideal for relaxing in a peaceful setting. We were very well received, with attentions that really pleased us. A nice break that we highly recommend!

What can I say? I’m so glad we stumbled upon this gem whilst looking for a place to stay not too far from Le Shuttle. Baptiste’s place is stunning, probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The space is even better in person than the pictures, incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and breakfast was out of this world. We already can’t wait to come back!

The space was clean and modern, it had everything we needed. The place was so spacious compared to other options available, the perfect tranquil escape from the outside business. Would stay here again!

Victoria’s apartment was perfectly situated to explore Paris and the surrounding areas. The metro was very close as were supermarkets and a lovely Boulangerie/patisserie where we breakfasted every day. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed and we felt relaxed and comfortable after our days out. Vincennes itself was very interesting with both the original Royal palace and the floral garden.

The apartment is in a quiet and clean area. I appreciate the transfer from the host, he was punctual , even if the flight was very early in the morning. Everything he provided was more than expected.

Check in was easy despite the instructions seeming complicated. Comfortable studio and reasonably quiet. Lots on nice touched like a sleeve of Nespresso coffee capsules, several charging cables ready for use and some snacks. Small but well equipped kitchen. Floriane really went over and above with some of these small touches. Some great little restaurants nearby and great walking on the canal.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. We had a comfortable stay with Anne and Pascal's place. They were very eager to help always, and their affectionate way of treating their guests indeed touched us. Breakfast was simple, with a nice coffee to end with. The place was within a short walkable distance from Gare de Nord station, which was a plus. Although the kitchen was a shared one with the owner, there was no issue in using it as required. Overall a nice stay for us.

Fantastic, was like a wonderful countryside hotel with breakfast provided.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Great time spent in "our bubble", the jacuzzi is a great plus! I recommend everyone to spend at least one night there, to contemplate the sky!
