My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Very quiet neighborhood but with easy access to city center via metro (line 9 & 10) and bus (line 72). Walking distance to many sporting venues, including Rolland Garros and Parc des Princes. Many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as an big open air market 3 times per week. Located on the 4th floor with NO ELEVATOR.
