Main cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Adjacent bunkhouse 20 feet from the house will accommodate 6 more guests. The bunkhouse is a simple space but does have AC/heat. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.
