Maravilloso local ,una organización en todo al detalle , la vista muy Habanera en general me encantó el servicio. Les cuento de Raquel una señora muy preocupada por todo , y nos preparó unos desayunos de primera . 🥇 bueno yo me e quedado muy satisfecha al igual que mi esposo. A estadia foi maravilhosa! O atendimento foi incrível desde o início, sempre com respostas rápidas, completas e que nos ajudaram. O apartamento é confortável, tem ar condicionado no quarto, fica próximo de cafés, restaurantes, praças bastante conhecidas, centrinho de Havana. E o ponto alto foi a Leysa, que ajudou em absolutamente TUDO que precisamos e de uma maneira super gentil. Como era nossa primeira vez em Cuba, não conhecíamos algumas dinâmicas do local, como alguns locais para compras, troca de dinheiro etc. Recomendo demais esse apartamento!

La atención de barbara fue más que extraordinaria, estuvo al pendiente de todos los detalles e incluso una noche que no me quedé me permitió dejar mis cosas en el departamento y eso estuvo más q excelente ya que cuando volví no tenía q abrir maletas de nuevo, me ayudó con el servicio de lavandería aunque ella no lo anuncia busco quien pudiera hacerlo eso es un plus y facilita tu estancia, definitivamente lo recomiendo para todos los que visiten la Habana, estoy invitado a regresar y hospedarme nuevamente con ella. We loved our stay at Melvis' place in Old Havana. The apartment was very beautiful, cozy and comfortable (just like the pictures) and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. It was very easy to communicate with Melvis prior to our arrival. She offered help figuring things out when in Havana. We were greeted by Claudia, who made us feel right at home and provided lots of great recommendations and tips. It was our first time in Havana and we do not speak Spanish, it would have been difficult if not for Claudia to figure things out. Claudia helped us so much and she also took time to talk about the history and life in Cuba. Home made breakfast was beautiful, fresh, and super tasty. Thank you, Claudia! It was wonderful to meet you!

This apartment was perfect—clean, safe, and the private balcony delivered incredible sunset views over Havana. We hitchhiked into the city (common in Cuba), and it cost $10–$15 USD to get to Centro and Habana Vieja. Armando, the property manager, was kind, responsive, and helped us prepare for the infrastructure challenges in Cuba. Electricity outages happen daily for 3–4 hours and don’t follow a strict schedule. Bring power banks (ideally with DC outlets for the WiFi). Restaurants can’t operate well during outages, bring lots of snacks like energy bars, and a water filter such as a LifeStraw. Bottled water is hard to find—Armando sells small bottles for $1. Petty theft is rising due to economic hardship, so stay alert, especially at night. We were three women and had no issues, but stayed aware and made local friends who looked out for us. Despite these challenges, Havana is vibrant, resilient, and welcoming. Tourism is vital now—don’t skip it. This is the place to stay.

El apartamento perfecto, está en el centro, buena zona para caminar, restaurantes y comercios en la zona. los chicos que nos recibieron fueron encantadores y muy atentos a todo. nos recomendaron restaurantes y nos dieron algunos consejos que nos facilitaron la estancia en la Habana. si vuelvo a la Habana repito este alojamiento.

Being familiar with La Habana, this place is really outstanding. Classy, freshly renovated, highly comfortable for local standards. Good vibes too. Sussel's and Teresa's (her assistant) attention and periodical food and cleaning support were an extraordinary plus. Will not hesitate to book again!

This apartment is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The design is spectacular with brand new high end finishes and furniture. It has triple exposures, 2 balconies and probably one of the best views of Havana. Also the service is like a 5 star hotel, only better. Excellent price/ value and highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercy Y Felix’s beautiful condo in La Habana, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, Felix was a gracious and welcoming host—warm, helpful, and always available to answer questions or offer great local recommendations. The condo itself was absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and filled with natural light. The view from the balcony captured the vibrant charm of Havana, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from cultural landmarks, and authentic Cuban cafes. It felt both peaceful and perfectly connected to the energy of the city. Me Encanta La Habana, Cuba!

Super Unterkunft mit einer sehr sehr netten Gastgeberin, Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Sie hat uns mehrere Tipps gegeben was wir unternehmen können und wie wir uns in Havanna zurechtfinden können, das war sehr hilfreich. Antwortete immer schnell. Allgemein kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. ❤️

Super petit appartement parfait pour 2 personnes. Plutôt calme, climatisé et belles finitions. Hôte flexible sur les horaires, qui nous a aidé à changer des devises, possibilité de faire un Check-Out tardif (18.30) contre supplément et emplacement parfait pour visiter à pied La Habana vieja. Super idée de Franck: laisser un téléphone portable cubain sur place (que l’on peut même emporter en balade) avec point d’accès activé: cela permet d’avoir Internet facilement et d’échanger avec lui en cas de besoin. Adresse hautement recommandable même si de l’extérieur, l’immeuble n’est pas très engageant. A noter: il y a 2 volées d’escalier assez raide à grimper avec les bagages, sans problème pour nous mais peut être moins facile pour des personnes + âgées.

A pearl in the city. I’ve stayed here many times and always appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and high-quality amenities—something rare in Cuba. The apartment stands out with its modern design, strong air conditioning (2 split units), blackout bedroom, high-pressure shower (with pump), modern washer/dryer, large smart TV, and remote-controlled ambient lighting in the bedroom. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. The location is vibrant and very central—just steps from the boulevard shopping street, Central Park, and public transport, including buses to the beach. That centrality also means lively street sounds and occasional noise from neighbors in the building. This adds to the city’s charm, though light sleepers may prefer something quieter. Still, it remains an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort, style, and warm, attentive hospitality in the heart of Havana.

Andres home felt my home away from home. From the coziness to the spaciousness of this home I would highly recommend staying here on your visit to Cuba. Not far at all from all the main attractions beautiful Cuba has to offer. I was greeted by host and was assisted with my bags. Andres also offer airport pickup as an option by amazing driver Charlie. My first visit to Cuba was truly enhanced by this experience and would definitely return back to this hidden gem.

One of the best stays I’ve had in central Cuba. This property was top tier and had the right Wi-Fi speed for work. The rooms were well cleaned and comfy. Thanks to my Host for making sure my stay was “Home away from home”. I will be back!

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. Words are not enough to express our gratitude for the experience we had in this beautiful apartment! The apartment itself gorgeous, very spacious and extremely well decorated. We loved every detail! There were terraces and views in every direction! Breakfast on the terrace upstairs every morning was delicious and stunning! And pool was wonderful for our tired bodies and feet that danced all day and night. And July, our host was absolutely the best!!!! He was so sweet, helpful and accommodating!! We will be back for sure!!

One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
