Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Havana

My stay at Zunilda’s was great. I had nothing to complain about. The loft is beautiful! Just like the pictures. I love the views of Havana and how the terrace can be wide open. I loved that I had the option of fresh air or air conditioning. The restaurants I wanted to visit were not far away. And old Havana was about 8 mins away via taxi. She made my welcome so easy with accommodating a taxi for my arrival. Zunilda also provides a phone. Which was a life savor for my boyfriend and I. Zunilda’s sister, Malaena was amazing as well; she communicated with us, gave us pointers for food and helped us with exchanging money. She also accommodated for our taxi to leave. The two things I was worried about in Cuba was having a cell phone and exchanging money, and Zunilda and Malaena provided that for us, making that worry go away. Thank you so much for having us and we shall return.

I can't find the words to describe how WONDERFUL my stay with Hope was. I will 💕 definitely return. The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. I leave with my heart full of meeting such wonderful people, Esperanza made us feel more than at home, I really appreciate every attention.

Ivis' place in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many of the city's strategic sites. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the center, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and his family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed here for one night before our departure, and it was an excellent experience. The neighborhood is spectacular. Leafy, peaceful, and surrounded by embassies, so it feels very safe and upscale. There are great restaurants nearby, and the host gave us several helpful recommendations. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. High ceilings, a beautiful front garden, and a modern, spotless interior. One of the cleanest Airbnb's I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens and pillows are true hotel quality. Definitely get the breakfast option as it is plentiful, delicious, and well worth it! The host and the cook were both warm and welcoming, and they made us feel like special guests. It was quiet at night and very easy to relax. No complaints at all — a perfect final night in Cuba.

Amelia and Alfonso are lovely. She is a whirlwind of vitality. The house was very clean and comfortable and nice. Very modern inside and with air conditioning and fans so as not to be hot. Amelia recommended places to eat in the area and explained where the WiFi area was, very close to the house. The central station is also very close and also the Plaza de la Revolución. They adapted to our schedules without a problem and advised us about the neighborhood and at the time of taking the Viazul we had planned for the next day.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house. Mildred and her sister were excellent local hosts and so easy to coordinate check-in/out and airport transportation with. We rented the whole space, which is one bedroom on the 2nd floor (only one flight of stairs up) attached to a smaller sofa bed room that leads to a living room, plus another bedroom, which is on the 3rd floor (another flight of stairs up) in its own little "tower." The house is beautiful and has a mini refrigerator in both rooms (very helpful) and no kitchen/stove/coffee maker (just as advertised). Address note: The house is well located but I would note that it is actually located at Villegas & Muralla (not Lamparilla 1 as it shows on the Airbnb map/listing). This would not make a big difference for most people (it's a 10 minute/700m/.4 mile walk between the house and Lamparilla 1) but we did initially make the booking hoping to be on Lamparilla so it seemed worth mentioning as a heads up. I had an amazing experience staying at the Colonial House Rooftop! Dayron is an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It’s clear why he’s a Superhost! The house itself is beautiful—full of charm and character, with a rooftop that offers stunning views and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. Dayron went above and beyond to make my stay special, from smooth check-in to great local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay. Nestled near Centro Havana and next to Parque Christo. This location is perfect for accessing old Havana, Centro, and the many sceneries of the Capital. Plenty of food and entertainment nearby.

The attention of barbara was more than extraordinary, it was attentive to all the details and even one night that I did not stay allowed me to leave my things in the apartment and that was more excellent since when I returned I did not have to open suitcases again, she helped me with the laundry service although she does not advertise it I look for who could do it that is a plus and facilitates your stay, I definitely recommend it for all those who visit Havana, I am invited to return and stay with her again. I had a fantastic stay! Janhna and the whole team were really amazing, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always available to help with anything you can think of. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and cool it has everything you would need for your stay, also had excellent wifi !

Rubén is very friendly. He was able to orient us very well in the city, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need as at home, with an ocean view from all angles of the apartment the terrace a dream even with a hammock.

Great place near restaurants and lots of thing to do in Havana. Second time staying at this location and had a wonderful time. Carlos and his sister were awsome and super friendly. A pearl in the city. I’ve stayed here many times and always appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and high-quality amenities—something rare in Cuba. The apartment stands out with its modern design, strong air conditioning (2 split units), blackout bedroom, high-pressure shower (with pump), modern washer/dryer, large smart TV, and remote-controlled ambient lighting in the bedroom. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. The location is vibrant and very central—just steps from the boulevard shopping street, Central Park, and public transport, including buses to the beach. That centrality also means lively street sounds and occasional noise from neighbors in the building. This adds to the city’s charm, though light sleepers may prefer something quieter. Still, it remains an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort, style, and warm, attentive hospitality in the heart of Havana.

well the truth that is very happy is my 6 time in the Havana and I already stay forever in this rent it is like my own house, the employees who run it are not good if not the following, above all gloria and Mario that was with those I deal with the most, without of course belittling anyone, from maintenance, direction, cleaning, ect i assure you that ehh have been in many rents in Havana, and despite their difficulties here in this country here it looked like an island , wifi, no blackouts, breakfasts and well-stocked meals, they tried to solve problems at all times , currency exchange at very good price, phone card, taxi, visits, excursions, ect super familiar, cozy, outstanding treatment i, gentlemen repeat

A truly luxurious stay! The apartment is absolutely stunning! The view from the terrace is simply unbeatable. Everything worked perfectly and was in top condition. It’s ideally located, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and the historic centre. Mayte, Dayan, and Yurisan are an outstanding team, always happy to help with anything we needed. I’m so glad we chose to include the breakfast option; it was absolutely delicious. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire property. We were quite fortunate as well. Some friends of ours stayed in an area called El Vedado and experienced daily power outages, whereas we had no issues at all, as this apartment is located in a protected area. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more, it will definitely be my first choice when I return to Havana. Without a doubt, the best penthouse in Havana.

Unbeatable stay. It was a real pleasure to be staying here. Not only for the apartment and its exceptional location, but also for the attention received from Tania and Giuseppe. The accommodation has all amenities it describes, stable wifi, hot water, air conditioning and a nice terrace. Giuseppe not only accommodated me kindly and gave me good recommendations of the neighborhood, but he took the time to show me the city as a local guide. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

100% RECOMMENDED - BACK Marta and her assistants are charming!! The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

Excellent Host

The person who was always aware of us was Daniel, a beloved boy with a lot of important information, is close to the Plaza Vieja, a place full of restaurants and music, is also close to the Capitolio, well located although the view of Old Havana may seem to some people heavy to see for us it was part of the beauty of the place and the Cuban reality. We would definitely return to this place.
