The apartment is lovely and the hosts are very attentive. A very convenient stay as you will lack for nothing.

The stay was wonderful! The service was incredible from the beginning, always with quick, complete answers that helped us. The apartment is comfortable, has air conditioning in the bedroom, is close to cafes, restaurants, well-known squares, downtown Havana. And the highlight was Leysa, who helped us with absolutely EVERYTHING we needed and in a super kind way. As it was our first time in Cuba, we were not familiar with some of the local dynamics, such as shopping, money exchange, etc. I highly recommend this apartment!

I loved the place ac in living room and bedroom, clubs walking distance, place clean and comfortable bed, t.v has you tube, and Carlos was a great host, definitely staying there again

The attention of barbara was more than extraordinary, it was attentive to all the details and even one night that I did not stay allowed me to leave my things in the apartment and that was more excellent since when I returned I did not have to open suitcases again, she helped me with the laundry service although she does not advertise it I look for who could do it that is a plus and facilitates your stay, I definitely recommend it for all those who visit Havana, I am invited to return and stay with her again. Rubén is very friendly. He was able to orient us very well in the city, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need as at home, with an ocean view from all angles of the apartment the terrace a dream even with a hammock.

Mateo does not live in Cuba, but from the beginning he was proactive in communication. He also recommended Yoandy and Karol, an extremely friendly couple who live in the apartment downstairs from the Airbnb and help us with whatever we need. They arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, exchanged Cuban pesos (at a rate of 340/dollar), gave recommendations on where to eat in the area, where to buy water, and even helped with a problem with the toilet flushing in one of the bathrooms we had. They made all the difference in the experience. The apartment matches the description and is in a strategic location in Habana Vieja, we were able to walk to the main points without spending many minutes. The streets of the entire neighborhood are dark at night, but we don't feel unsafe when walking in a group. The Wi-Fi worked every day and we were told that the apartment is in a part of Havana that never has blackouts.

Thank you, Alejandra. It was a very good stay with no problems. It is a secure place. We enjoyed the top patio. It was nice and breezy. The Internet was good. We lost power, and solar panels were easy to use. Uri was nice as well. Overall, it was a good stay for us. No one bothered, and people outside were friendly as well. It is walking distance to the grocery store.

beautiful views and really enjoyed the location! Nice neighborhood. expect to pay $15 taxi to Old Havana. The host gave us really great tips for where to sightsee, get dinner etc. He was also very helpful considering power and water shutoffs. Pro-tip: ask him in advance when the power shutoffs are scheduled during the days of your visit so you can plan in advance. Particularly if you have accessibility needs as the elevator in the building may not work when there is no power (which happened to us)

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

JULIO received us when we arrived with a big smile, helped us with our bag and with our 2 little girls Michelle 2 and Mary 1. the place was beautiful and super well decorated. The place was beautiful and so was his team they were able to book a 3 day itinerary for us . Went with my wife and 2 girls which they absolutely loved AC was on point

Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

I can't find the words to describe how WONDERFUL my stay with Hope was. I will 💕 definitely return. The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. I leave with my heart full of meeting such wonderful people, Esperanza made us feel more than at home, I really appreciate every attention.

Ivis' place in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many of the city's strategic sites. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the center, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and his family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

This was my first trip to Cuba, and this space did not disappoint. Upon check in, Greta welcomed us into the space, gave us a tour, and recommendations for local cuisine in the area. The airbnb is located in Centro Habana, a non touristy part of town. Although we always felt safe, we did get some stares from locals who recognized that we weren’t from there. The sitting area was rather warm during the day, as there is no air conditioning in the common areas. The bedrooms do have air conditioning and were always cool. Greta gave us a cellular device to use as a hotspot during our stay, it definitely came in handy. We were able to use La Nave (equivalent to uber) to get around. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great airbnb! I am in Cuba for the 2nd time and old Airbnb's that I've had can't compare to this one. Also easy to order taxi - just say "Prado y Colon" ;) Pretty central location. Sheets were spotless and smelled really well. Good higiene! Bathrooms with windows and quite comfortable too. Obispo street is 2 mins away on foot. I recommend and would even return. Tip for newcomers: Always get host's Whatsap in advance and get good tips for around town. Enma and Olga were very friendly hosts! Great stay. Everything as advertised. No elevator so understand that you're climbing 5 flights if stairs. Being that Great. Beer bar down stairs. The guy that works there will help you with your bags. Tossed him$5. He also went and got water for me. So if you need something from the store, he'll take you or go get it for you. The view is great and the hot tub is nice on a Havana night.

Unbeatable stay. It was a real pleasure to be staying here. Not only for the apartment and its exceptional location, but also for the attention received from Tania and Giuseppe. The accommodation has all amenities it describes, stable wifi, hot water, air conditioning and a nice terrace. Giuseppe not only accommodated me kindly and gave me good recommendations of the neighborhood, but he took the time to show me the city as a local guide. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

We enjoyed staying here. It's in a great location in Havana Vieja. The host was very responsive and friendly. There is a great view from the balcony. The only thing to consider is the place is a walk-up several floors. If you have mobility issues, it might not be the place for you. if you don't mind some steps, you'll have a great stay.

Idenis's house is simply perfect! Spacious, with 3 suites, high ceilings, cool, and air conditioning in all rooms. It's pure comfort. The neighbors are friendly and nice. The place is quiet and close to everything. Patrícia, the apartment's co-host, is wonderful! She served us a great breakfast every day and also chatted with me and my friends for hours, always friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect! I recommend it to everyone and one day I want to go back!

This is the best place that I have stayed in Havana. The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated and modern. I think it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The sheets were incredibly soft. The balcony was a beautiful spot to sit to enjoy the sights and sounds of Vedado. Estela, the owner, was amazing to get to know. She is so kind and thoughtful and it is clear that she took great care to make her place hospitable for her guests. I will rent this place every time I'm in Havana. What a find!
