The most beautiful thing about the apartment is how efficient and simple it is! Derry, NH is just 45 mins north of Boston W/O traffic. 15 mins from Manchester, NH. 40 mins from Portsmouth NH. Derry is amazing for getaways. Plenty of lakes and trails!

El alojamiento es fiel a lo que ofrece. Todo ordenado e higiénico. La cocina preparada por si necesitas cocinar y tiene una cafetera equipada para los amantes del café. Cuenta con 3 TV una en cada habitación y una en la sala con cable disponible. Tienen desayuno todas las mañanas incluido en el precio. Al llegar te solicitan tu tarjeta para un depósito en caso de imprevisto reembolsable.( Te informan será reembolsable a tu tarjeta en unos días) todavía no he recibido el reembolso pero me imagino es cuestión de días , si no lo recibo tendré que poner la Reclamación. Punto importante es que es recomendable tener un vehículo para acceder a lugares fuera del Airbnb. El anfitrión siempre está atento a contestar cualquier pregunta o dudas que tengas.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

One thing that stands out in this listing is the host's concentration on rules. While this could be a bit off-putting to some, the rules are not unreasonable – just be a decent human being and you'll be fine. It was a great deal for the price in what is probably an expensive area.

Like everyone else seems to, I had very pleasant time staying at Stephanie's place. Stephanie has a great property in a convenient location (obviously close to anywhere in Pelham, and a short drive to nearby cities such as Lowell). I guess if you want to take advantage of NH not having sales tax, it's good for that too. Some other highlights: - It was nice to have a physical key during the stay as opposed to messing with a keypad - The driveway allows you to fully turn your vehicle around (so you don't have to back up into the road) - The neighborhood is calm and quiet - Stephanie has a very aesthetically pleasing house (which also looks great on the exterior) and everything was clean Overall, I am glad that Stephanie's place was available to book. To add the (paraphrased) opinion of my partner, "if we come back, we should stay here again".
