Charming cottage complex

Charming and idyllic cottage on the shore of a quiet, clean lake in Toivakka. Ideal for families and telecommuting. Atmospheric in autumn and winter, it is fully winter-proof. Also wonderful during the Christmas season. Beautiful sunny yard area with a lakeside sauna and large terrace areas. Beach in the south/southwest direction. There is a ladder to the water on the dock. Good road to the yard, which is plowed in winter up to the door in winter. Toivakka's services are 7 km away. The cottage is for private use, so the calendar is updated in parts.

Villa Iltarusko

A lovely 66-square-meter log cabin, which has retained the atmosphere of a cabin, although there is electricity and water. The cottage has a large atmospheric fireplace. There are plenty of board games for rainy days. In summer, the best things to do are swimming, rowing, skimming the lake, and watching the sunsets... In winter, you can access snowmobile trails, ski on ice, snowshoe, and you can find sleds, slides, etc. You can also see the northern lights at the cabin. The northern lights are most visible in early autumn and spring.

Pihakammari (uninhabitable)

Pihakammari is located in the vicinity of Alvar Aalto's home; Aalto's experimental house and Säynätsalo town hall are within a radius of 2-3 km, and Muurame Church is 7 km from the accommodation. The experimental house can be seen along the ice route. The accommodation has a kitchen equipped with dishes, a coffee and kettle and a microwave, as well as a refrigerator. Breakfast supplies are for you, go ahead. Traditional Finnish yard sauna for rent in the summer, with swimming in the lake. There's no wifi in the chamber.

Step into the world of our renovated terraced house, which overlooks the enchanting wooded lake views of Puttolanselkä. In the Joutsenlammi area, you can enjoy not only the amazing outdoor areas, but also the stunning, shallow sandy beach, a cozy barbecue area and two tennis courts. Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

This 21 m² cottage offers an intimate and atmospheric escape, the perfect environment to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the silence. The cottage has an efficiently used space, where guests have a comfortable kitchenette for daily cooking needs. The evening is crowned by an idyllic sauna, where you can admire the beautiful lake landscape and sunset in the warmth. The property is self-catering.

Cozy two-room apartment near the city center

The apartment is a quiet top-floor two-room apartment with spectacular views over the rooftops all the way to Harju, and on the courtyard side, which makes it particularly peaceful. The diverse services and sights of the city center are just a short walk away and also easy to get to by public transport. The convenience store K-Market Tapionkatu is 450m away. Tuomiojärvi beach is 650m away. There are several free parking places nearby and one parking area where you can park without a parking disc.

This newly-built guesthouse 2024 with comfortable amenities is located in a the middle of old-growth forests, with a private bay and a calm lake with sunset view. It is a place “to adopt the pace of nature”, with the sound and sight of wild nature. During the winter, a local skiing center with sledding place for kids is open for everyone, about 5km from our place. Also, you can enjoy Sauna, walking in forest, ice-fishing. Relaxing in hot tub in this landscape is truly a unique experience.

There is plenty of soothing nature around. The apartment's large windows have stunning views of nature and the glazed terrace offers great sunsets. A long and magnificent sandy beach, two tennis courts and extensive outdoor terrain with lean-tos relax every holidaymaker. Visit once, you'll love it forever.

Unique guesthouse with ameneties by a lake

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.
