My family and I were extreamly happy with this accommodation. Kitchen was fully equipped , room were spacious and the view was spectacular. Dealing with Liz and her team was very easy.

This place is wonderful! Clean and very comfortable bed with a wonderful balcony that has a partial ocean view. The resort pool and hot tubs are fantastic and the bar and live music are fun! This is a great place to stay!

The villas are very comfortable and clean with recent upgrades. Jennifer was very helpful and responded immediately to our inquires. In addition she provided detailed check in information prior to our trip. We really enjoyed the resort and our stay in Maui.

The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

The resort is older but well maintained. Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff. nice pool area, BBQ & sand bottom hot tub. we did not have a lanai but there is a group BBQ area. I enjoyed the gym and the peaceful surroundings. The beach is across the street. All in all a wonderful vacation experience.

We absolutely loved this place. We saw sea turtles every single day. We will absolutely book this place for next year the view was just spectacular. the only complaint I have is the bed is really hard but that has nothing to do with the host, also the AC didn't kick that hard but we didn't mind sleeping to the sound of waves. We booked Shuji’s week at the Nanea in mid-February. It was absolutely stunning— better than I could have expected. The nanea is a new and gorgeous property with incredible service and amenities. I messaged Shuji upon landing at the airport to ask about some amenities and he responded immediately. The place had everything we needed - shampoo/conditioner, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and even coffee for the first couple of days. This is the best place we’ve stayed on Maui and we are so grateful for the wonderful week in paradise! The garden view was fine, and it was easy to walk right down to the water anytime we wanted. The pool at nanea and the pools at the sister Westin properties are so fun, and the beach right in front is perfect for snorkeling and whale watching. Thank you for a great stay!

Tim was an amazing host! Very responsive and helpful. This unit is beautiful, spacious, clean and perfect location. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great location with a food truck lot across the street as well as several restraunts nearby. Theres a small store in the lobby and also a coffee shop with pastries. Parking was somewhat of a pain but Sidney sent several great suggestions for parking if the street parking didnt work out. We parked on the street for the first few days and then paid for the parking garage the last few days. Sidney was clear and helpful on the parking situation and she helped us with her great suggestions. there is Laundry mat available on site to wash/dry any clothes needed during our stay. We didnt have any issues during our stay but im confident that if we did, Sidney would help us get it right ASAP. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean place loved the location. Very clean and worked well for what we needed it for. It was priced amazingly.

This place is in a condo complex so the particular unit is assigned based on availability, I believe. The unit we were in did not match the pictures. We liked the condo we stayed in. It was an upstairs unit on the end of one of the buildings overlooking the golf course. We did not communicate with William but with the condo office staff. They were awesome and really helpful and generous with any supplies you need. The pool area has beach chairs and ice chests to rent to take to the beach. The Waikoloa Village area is up the hill from the beach but it is quiet and convenient for exploring the whole island. Grocery store and gas station are close by. We appreciated being able to check in with the security guard when we arrived very late after the office closed.

Wonderful room with view of Ala Wai Canal and mountains, hosts were extremely nice and made the whole process very easy.

Great place to stay! More than enough for a family of 2
