Lots of space in the place. Quiet side of town. We had some lovely walks from the place. The scones Edgewater were amazing! Wanaka is a beautiful town.

One of our favorite stays during our 30-day honeymoon in NZ! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—the kitchen was well stocked, the shower had great water pressure, and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. We loved the view, and the AC unit was well-placed to cool the whole space. There was also a TV for relaxing in the evenings. Dave was a fantastic host—super friendly and gave great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely experience staying at Rata lodge! Our only regret is that we did not book more days with Judy! Spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything that you would require. Not to mention it was located in a tranquil location within mins drive to the central area. We loved the high ceilings and decor touches. We look forward to be back again in the future, thank you Judy!

We had a great stay at Victorias place over Easter Weekend while we were up from Southland for Wheels at Wanaka. The property was very clean, tidy & as described/displayed in the pictures. We were really pleasantly surprised at how quiet the property was! I was worried that with it being a ground floor unit that we might experience noise from the house on top, but we barely heard a peep! The property is also situated in a really quiet area, in a cul de sac near the base of Mt Iron, so there was also zero traffic noise - fantastic for us country folk who are used to the quiet life! Victoria was great on the communication front & very obliging with extra requests we made. Thanks for a great weekend!

I stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed the super well appointed apartment very much. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood and the location was best for me. Everything in the apartment worked and Tania’s warm hospitality went beyond the s expectations. Her quick responses to all my enquiries and requests were much appreciated. I would definitely want to stay there again if I were to go to Wanaka again. Thanks Tania for the wonderful time and good memories.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding and relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal, quiet yet conveniently close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. Truly one of the best stays we've ever had — we can’t recommend it highly enough and would definitely love to return!

Just wow! Lisa’s place is simply amazing. The house is absolutely stunning and very close to the lake. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Very comfortable place

As a party of three adults, this place was great for us! Lovely, new and modern - everything was super clean, neat and nicely appointed. Everything was comfortable and easy to use, and while the property is in a townhouse estate of sorts, it is very quiet and private. Parking is right by the townhouse and easy to find. Having the supermarket, tavern and patisserie in the same precinct was super convenient (and tasty!). Check in and general instructions we clear and easy to follow. Would 1000% rebook should we find ourselves in Wanaka again :)

We had a wonderful stay! Our hosts were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. We felt right at home. The property itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. It struck the perfect balance: private and peaceful, yet just a short drive or bike ride to some good restaurants. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the space so comfortable. The highlight for my family was Rusty — the hosts’ friendly dog who quickly became a daily companion and source of joy for my child. Watching them play together was such a delight and added an unexpected charm to our visit. This was easily one of our favourite BnB experiences and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a restful, well-located getaway with heart.

Mel’s house was spacious, comfortable, and warmly inviting, yet modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. It stands out as one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect blend of coziness and contemporary convenience!

Location is great with private parking so you don’t have to worry about finding one far away and shifting luggages. The place I clean and near most of the needed amenities, beautiful surrounding and walking distance to the lake. Full function kitchen with no restriction of what are allowed to be cooked. Jane is a wonderful host ensuring our safe arrival and proactively helped us check on the status of the road closure, ensuring our safe arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome, chocolate and a pre warmed house. :)

The apartment was very clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and communication with Kate was great. Would happily stay there again.

We could not have loved Wanaka and this condo more! Everything was so clean, located close to the town area, and Alex & Jesper were wonderful hosts! It was 3 days of bliss for us. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay with Kate. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with expansive mountain views and felt like home in Wanaka immediately. Great outdoor balcony overlooking the ranges which a BBQ to enjoy some food and drinks. Kate was an incredible host proactively offering baby essential items for our little one, answering questions we had within minutes, checking in to see how I stay was. The property was kept in immaculate condition, place felt brand new with modern amenities like aircon, heating in all rooms and exceptionally clean which was really important for us travelling with a baby and the wider complex had excellent amenities like tennis courts, spa and gym which was an added bonus for an Airbnb. Highly recommend and great place for a family or anyone to come back home after a day venturing in and around Wanaka
