Holiday rentals with lake access in Hawkesbury River

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

Great basic accommodation at little wobby. Loved the fire pit and barbecues on the deck. Great spot for the afternoon sunset. Will be back

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

This riverside home is perfect! Amazing view and garden, warm and cozy (we were there during winter) the rooms have a 10/10 view! A wonderful getaway

We went to Spencer during the Easter long weekend and found it very peaceful to be away from all the other people also on their getaway. Nathan provided great recommendations for restaurants and the local grocery store. The Airbnb had everything we needed and it was beautiful waking up to the Hawkesbury River.

Peaceful and relaxing place right on the river. Clean and cosy house. Kev and Kez were quick with responding to the messages. Would love to come back again.

We are a family of 6 who had a wonderful 2 nights at Sina & Belle's Luxury Hawkesbury Hideaway. Sina & Belle were very welcoming and immediately responsive to any queries we may have had whilst settling in. Our children thoroughly enjoyed fishing off the jetty and enjoying quality family time in the peaceful, private surrounds. The house was clean, tidy and well-appointed catering to all our needs. The games room was a big hit with the kids, keeping them entertained whilst I prepared some home-cooked meals! Thoroughly recommend staying here - brilliant for a family weekend with lots to do indoors and outdoors.

We stayed in Kate’s place over a weekend to celebrate some significant birthdays with the family ranging in age from 71 to 0. It suited us perfectly! Well equipped for babies through to more elderly. 3 bathrooms, laundry and 5 bedrooms with separate TV room. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, cosy fireside and fun on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Take board games and books. Location worked very well for us as some travelled from Sydney and some from Newcastle on a Friday evening. Can thoroughly recommend.

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Beth is a warm and gracious host and the studio is really spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a generous complimentary selection of snacks and fruits, which was an extremely welcoming touch in case you were a bit peckish on arrival. The garden is a beautiful space in which to relax as well - I just wished we'd had time to try out the BBQ! Beth's place is within striking distance of Palm Beach or Avalon Beach and we always walked (allow 30-40 minutes to either); alternatively, the #199 bus services Barrenjoey Road every 5-10 minutes. We found Beth's place to be an excellent base for enjoying and exploring the area and highly recommend this place to others.

A wonderful weekend spent here, view of Brisbane Water from balcony. Short walk to scenic waterfront, Gosford Sailing Club, Fisherman’s Wharf, and close to Gosford and Erina Fair, Terrigal beach and other attractions. Quiet, comfortable and lovely decor. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the apartment. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Shubo.

Loved sitting on the verandah having a cup of tea and watching the birds and hearing the ocean. Beds very comfy, beautiful, relaxing space and enjoyed your dog Coco and cat Hazel coming to check on us. Will definately tell my friends about your place, and am sure, when given the opportunity, we will be back.

Excellent location, only a short drive from centre of Katoomba and Scenic World. Check in process was simple, and the whole place was spotless and clean. Highly recommend!

We had a relaxing stay at Mark's place, the location is amazing, right across from the beach and next to lagoon. 2 min walk to shops and 10 min walk to surf club, made it a very handy location. The decor was excellent, Mark has carried out a great renovation on the little beach house, it was very warm and inviting for duration of our stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Moneesha’s cottage. From the moment we arrived, Moneesha was incredibly hospitable. She kindly let us check in early and check out late, which made our trip even more relaxing. The cottage itself was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The serene setting by Lake Munmorah made it a truly restful escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Simone's little cottage was a delight. Loved the location. Was very quiet, although one of our nights the neighbours little dog barked long enough to wake us, but didn't bark all night. I would definitely stay again. I would just advise other guests that are use to a King bed that was our only issue but definitely NOT a deal breaker. Lots of options to sleep separately if its only the 2 of you and simone is aware that you need to use 2 beds. We had an issue with the kettle the first night and Simone dropped a replacement down within 5 mins of me messaging her. Her attention to detail was outstanding. What a gem. This property was perfect for our short getaway. We wanted for nothing. We enjoyed walks on the walking track in front of the property, meals and cups of tea on the porch enjoying the water views. Bed was comfy. Area was quiet and peaceful. Would love to return again.
