Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Guests may explore farm on foot or mountain bike with permission. Welcome to Coringa.

Shore Break

Centrally located on the beautiful Kaikoura Esplanade with the beach and stunning mountain views at the end of the driveway. Just a short walk in either direction along the new beach path takes you either to the Pier Hotel, or past Hiku Restaurant and Encounter Kaikoura Cafe if walking towards the town centre which is approx 15 minutes away. Easy walk to the playground. The Cottage is small but cosy with everything you need, recently renovated, a secluded place to relax and enjoy Kaikoura.

Situated on a hilltop with magnificent all-round views of North Canterbury farmland, Gore Bay and the distant Kaikoura ranges, this new self-contained house resides on a small scale organic vegetable farm. This characterful and supremely comfortable abode is double-glazed with a plush 3-seater lounge for taking in the views.
