Apartment holiday rentals in Hawthorn East

We were spent a week here, very good location, close to everywhere, plenty of choice to eat & drink, 5min walk to the train station. Peter & Perl were also very helpful during our stay here. Very recommended indeed.

We stayed a week and found the place comfortable. There was a desk in the second room and good WIFI which was perfect for us as my husband was working from home. Sanjee was communicative and friendly. Check in was easy. The check-out process was straightforward with none of the surprise cleaning demands which are so common on Air BnB these days. There were plenty of essentials to get us started (coffee, tea, salt, oil, toiletries etc). We appreciated having a free parking spot right downstairs. We also loved a personal touches around the property - felt like a home rather than a sterile IKEA motel room. Would definitely stay again.

amazing little gem in Toorak village. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants: cofee and shopping mall / banks etc . Leah was so helpful and proactive. She allowed 2 hours of late checkout without any extra cost. Parking overnight and Sundays easier - at other times needs to be a bit cautious of timings. Main road traffic could be quite tight but could be easily bypassed if you take beautiful little by roads. Will stay again and again if I come back

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

A beautiful comfortable apartment. Clean, airy and spacious. Good heating for the Melbourne chilly evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful extra items in the fridge, pantry and bathroom. It felt safe and the street was quiet. Parking at the rear was easy. You do need to access a flight of stairs to get to the front and back doors. We have stayed in many apartments in Kew/Hawthorn over the last 5 years and this is one of the best so far. Thank you Marie and Lex!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

This was my third stay at this Airbnb in Toorak, and once again, it was excellent. The space is consistently clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host continues to go above and beyond—always helpful, very responsive, and thoughtful in providing little extras I didn’t even know I’d need. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience. I keep coming back for a reason—highly recommended!

Mr Cheng was very friendly and polite. When i had a couple small questions, he was very quick to respond and was very helpful. Check-in and instruction were very clear and easy to follow. The place was nice and clean and presented well. It was perfect for what we were looking for the long weekend. I would re-book in the future if we are ever around the area again. Thank you.

A lovely stay. Everything was as represented and the apartment was comfortable and cosy. It was very peaceful staying by the river, and also convenient to everything I needed. Communication with the host was easy and questions were quickly responded to. I would recommend to others and would happily stay here again.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Lives up to the description to provide a comfortable quiet spot, well served with transport and other infrastructure. Views are magnificent - especially sunset. Easy to settle in with shops directly underneath the apartment complex. Secure off street parking also a big plus point. Hosts seem to anticipate all issues and provided prompt responses to any others.

Locations was great as had trams and the train station right nearby to access the City and also Prahan Markets. We loved having the kitchen and all appliances available to cook a meal. Despite being near the train line and a major road there was no noise inside the apartment at all. Loved the little balcony in the morning as well, as we saw some hot air balloons go by one morning. If we come back we’ll definitely stay again!

Sam's apartment was exactly what was needed for my long weekend stay in Melbourne. The apartment was clean and had the basic ammenities that I needed. It was within walking distance to Toorak shops and the closest tram stop making life very easy. It also had both hot and cold air-conditioning which is ideal for Melbourne winter. Sam was extremely responsive and was able to help me with an early check-in. I couldn't fault the apartment and would definitely stay again.

Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
