Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

Yoho House - nature retreat, fire place & bath tub

Yoho House is a luxurious and secluded farm house surrounded by spring fed creeks at Delamere; along South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. Yoho House is the perfect country getaway. Take in stunning views of the creeks and trees from the cosy couch while being warmed by the wood fireplace, soak away the hours in the deep bath, cook a hearty meal in our full sized kitchen, enjoy a picnic under the giant Elm tree, or enjoy the afternoon sun while listening to the creeks. This private and comfortable studio space is perfectly set up for those who want to experience the country and seaside at the same time. Situated on 5 acres which is also set up for horses, Moana Views offers the chance for guests to stay whilst exploring the wonders this area has to offer. Also, there is a short drive of approximately 4 kms to Normanville and Carrickallinga Beach, or maybe you prefer to ride or float your own horse down to the beach instead, the choice is yours!

Welcome to a hidden gem discreetly and privately located on the edge of the wilderness of Deep Creek National Park. Enjoy the serenity and stunning views across the water to Kangaroo Island from your own scenic deck, whilst living large in a beautifully designed and built tiny house. Deep Creek Tiny House is located on the traditional land of the Kaurna/Ngarrindjeri people, adjacent to the stunning Deep Creek National Park, on the southern-most tip of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.
