The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. Quiet annexe in a separate part of our house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Well behaved dogs welcome, throws provided for sofa. Close to the fabulous Hayle beaches. Enter the annexe via own entrance, off street parking, double bed and separate living area with a kitchenette (fridge, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster), fold out dining table/workspace and storage. NO OVEN OR FREEZER IN ANNEXE WiFi and Sky TV Milk, tea & coffee provided on arrival. Great for exploring West Cornwall

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
