All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
