Condo holiday rentals in Haywood County

Even though we didn't plan for the hurricane to come through the apartment was everything we expected. Nice location and easy to travel around to nearby towns. Again the rain dampened our sightseeing but otherwise had a great time. We pray for everyone who was impacted by the storm.

We enjoyed this condo very much! The views are beautiful. We walked the community everyday and the residents and club staff were incredibly friendly. We will be back!

Corey was a great host. The place was just like the pictures. Everything we needed was there and in great shape. The morning coffees on the back porch was a highlight. I took my son here for a golf trip to celebrate his graduation and he really loved being right on the course. We even had some deer come visit our back. Will definitely stay here again if we are heading to the area. Definitely recommend.

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

It was conveniently located on Main Street, in the middle of everything but still private. Being that it's a new listing, it still had everything you needed. Would have liked an extra blanket considering the temps were in the 30's while we were there but it was a pleasant stay and perfectly located for strolling to the restaurants and shops.

Condo was very clean, great amenities in the unit, comfortable beds. Views of the mountains and golf course spectacular. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a beautiful property, great location and convenient to lots of restaurants and sight seeing. James and his wife Carol were very responsive and Carol even came to help us retrieve some packages that were delivered there (to their box). We were familiar with the area and it is a wonderful community. It is a very comfortable unit and since it is on the middle floor there are no stairs to deal with...a real blessing. It is a wonderful environment and whether you play golf or not it is a fun, relaxing, place to stay and James and Carol are great hosts.

Amazing view! Beautiful home, went with my family for my mothers birthday and enjoyed every moment of it!!

We really enjoyed a stay and the condo had a great layout. Only complaint is the picture led us to believe we were near the pool and we weren’t anywhere close to water. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Lisa went out of her way to make her condo a great 'home away from home' experience. She was very personable and it was obvious that she loved being a great host, after all, she is great at it! We don't travel a lot, so it was very important to us that this was going to be a memorable experience. It was that, and more. I won't hesitate to make a return visit.

Cute and Cozy. It could use some updating, but the location is perfect. close to I-40, Waynesville, Maggie Valley. Close to a variety of activities and restaurants. There were plenty of blankets and extra pillows. The bathrooms were small but adequate and well stocked with towels. Vacasa was very responsive when I was unsure of which building the unit was located in. I would stay here again.
