Shepherd's Hut Glamping on a Smallholding

Secluded glamping getaway from every day life. The Shepherd’s Hut @ Willowdene House is located away from it all yet close enough to enjoy all that Northumberland has to offer - from the scenary of coast & hills to historic properties, art galleries & gardens to visit. The hut has a double bed and kitchen. Outside is a seating area with fire pit. Composting toilet & outdoor shower are located in separate sheds. Possibility to pitch tents for children next to the hut, please contact us for rates.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Our guest suite is calm and uncluttered with beautiful views. Guests have exclusive access to: One double bedroom One single/twin bedroom A third room with kettle, fridge, toaster, and microwave which can also serve as an additional single bedroom or relaxation space. Private bathroom with full bath. We provide a continental breakfast with cereal, yogurt, juice and freshly baked bread. Entrance is shared with our business premises and yoga and massage are available on site.

Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Warkworth village has a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as wonderful walks, cycle paths making coastal hideaway the perfect place for a relaxing get away. The village is a few minutes walk, Warkworth castle and coquet river walk a 5 minute stroll and the golden sands of Warkworth beach a 10 minute walk away from the hideaway.
