The Lodge - Private nook with patio and parking

My self contained studio is the perfect neat space for an individual or couple to enjoy Worthing; 5 minute walk to the beach & pier, 5 minute walk to bars, pubs & cafes. Situated on a leafy street, part of a Victorian house, The Lodge has its own entrance, own parking & small front patio with table & chairs. The bed is a pull down bed & easy to lift up for extra space - although some guests prefer to keep the bed down - it's only a 4 foot wide. I hope you'll enjoy the flat as much as I do!

The Cove is a stylish apartment with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with king size bed and living room with double sofa bed. Separate entrance and off-street parking, 200m from Worthing seafront, 5 mins walk from town centre, 10 mins walk from Worthing station. Newly renovated to a very high standard in 2024, The Cove is a self-contained annexe in a unique mid-century modernist house in central Worthing. Sports/equipment storage is available on request, in locked garage or locked, gated courtyard

Emoyeni, a perfect spot for a relaxed staycation!

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Carwen Studio

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

The Studio

The studio is situated in the poets district area of Worthing which is on the west side of the town. A perfect location just ten minutes walk into the town, West and Central Worthing train stations and the beach. Hop on the train to visit Brighton, Chichester, Arundel and many more beautiful Sussex hot spots. I am dog friendly and would consider requests of a furry friend coming to stay. The studio is private and up one flight of stairs.
