Moin Moin, We rent this studio in the immediate beach - as well as close to the city.( approx. 22 sqm)in the B.BehrensHaus. How could the day start nicer in summer than with a refreshing dip in the sea ?? From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NOT A parking space for your car. Aloa your holiday tires, it's best to read the whole text! The one-room apartment is 55 square meters and can accommodate 2 adults. Besides, it's my little, private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From a fully automatic coffee machine to a Wii U, everything is there. Those who want to unlock more levels are welcome.;-)

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
