Well located accommodation, secure residence. For the summer, there is a swimming pool, which is very pleasant.

We stayed with two in this very quiet place in a pleasant environment. We enjoyed the daily pool which was dedicated to our use only. Marie Pierre responded to all of our requests. With an electrical outlet in the bathroom and the beach of Saint Pierre less distant, our stay would have been perfect 🤣

We had a great time in Avignon. Romuald is a great host. Home close to all amenities and the closest beach. In summary, I recommend it. Thank you for everything.

This is my 2nd stay at this accommodation, and Kevin has always been a very pleasant, responsive, and accommodating host when it comes to arrival or departure times. The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you need. The residence is ideally located to enjoy the island and in a very pleasant quiet neighborhood. Madon and Maurice are very close to their guests, very friendly. At their place, you feel at home and very "surrounded". Thank you for the warm welcome: the aperitif, the fruits and vegetables. I hope to see you again one day.

11 years of registration on Air bnb and "the Bulbul" is the best place we've had! We had a wonderful stay: the accommodation is super spacious, perfectly equipped, the private pool is great and our children had a great time. In addition, Fabienne and Stéphane are super nice hosts, welcoming, responsive while being very discreet. Really, this is a perfect place that we recommend without a second thought! The value for money is unbeatable! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great stay at this location! The view is beautiful, the location is ideal (a stone's throw from the city center), the bedding is excellent, the parking is a real plus, and the communication with the host was very good. Self check-in is also very convenient. A few small points to improve: the dishes were not very clean when we arrived and there was a little missing. The cooking plates are also a little old. But overall, we had a very good time. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for hosting!

Accommodation perfectly as advertised. It is conveniently located and very close to the ocean. The house was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the relationship with the owners and the lady who takes care of the house. Thanks to her for the good tips and fresh guava juice. A very nicely furnished, modern house with fantastic views. We had the house for two people, but it could have easily accommodated six people. The kitchen is worth mentioning: we have never seen such a well-equipped, modern and good kitchen on all our travels - excellent. Absolute recommendation for the entire home!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. It all started with a host, Samuel, very available from the first contacts on the site: clear and quick answers. On the day of, we were able to access the house 3 hours earlier than expected. We were warmly welcomed with pastries and fresh fruit. Samuel had the good idea of giving us a tour of the neighborhood to locate the shops, pharmacy... very close to the home, even on foot. We were really at home, the house is very spacious and comfortable. The big + for us: -The jacuzzi: welcome after busy days, relaxation was totally assured 😊 -The garden: filled with various varieties of plants and flowers that smelled divinely good, -The covered terrace that allowed you to always be outside no matter the weather... In short, there's so much to say... don't hesitate, go there without so much as a second thought!

The house is similar to the photos, welcoming, well decorated, with a magnificent ocean view. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. There are several beautiful places to visit nearby, I recommend it!

This was my second stay at Nicolas's! The house is always so nice, bright, quiet and of course, the pool is a treat. The bedding is perfect and the barbecue allowed us to feast almost every night. I was there to work, and I was able to enjoy the large office that was both isolated from the living room without being cut off. The Wifi works perfectly! Nicolas is extremely responsive, communication with him is lovely. He is meticulous, which allows us to enjoy a very clean house. You should also be careful to be in tune with this beautiful rental. I will definitely be back!

A magnificent villa that I recommend. Everything was really perfect. The location is great with an extraordinary view. Being able to park 2 cars in the basement garage is a huge plus. We finally found a villa with a real heated pool and really enjoyed it. The equipment is identical to the comfort of this villa: very good bedding, very well supplied dishes. In short, go there with your eyes closed... And a huge thank you to Damien and his incredible kindness. Not to mention Alizée, of course.

The apartment is faithful to the description. We loved our stay and recommend it because in addition to the apartment... you have everything nearby and it's great. My only regret is the TV and everything connected with Alexa. I would have liked to be able to watch the local channels. Geo and his mom were very welcoming hosts and very available to answer our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Very spacious , functional, modern and very clean accommodation located in a very quiet place. We thought it was great that he made a large tourist map with all the places to see and indicate in addition the travel time from the accommodation , it's a great idea because no need to go to the tourist office. Geo is very accommodating because since he did not have a new arrival in the afternoon , he offered to stay in the accommodation until we left the same evening at the airport when we should have released him at 10 a.m. as indicated in the contract. So no complaints because everything was perfect and we recommend it 100%
