Am NORSCHEL OF the world * ground floor studio

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the linen weavers in the 18th century, along a stream that meanders through the tranquil Niederorschel in the Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic holiday home with two separate living studios. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a place to stay in the beloved four-legged friends, so small, cute, and peaceful. We ask for your your understanding and foreseeable requests in this regard. On an approximately 2500 square meter property, with plenty of space for play, fun and relaxation, our vacation home, completed in 2021, in 2021. On approx. 120 square meters of living space, divided into two comfortably furnished semi-detached houses, up to 4 guests each can can enjoy a fantastic vacation... The Eichsfeld is very popular with hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Due to the many excursion destinations, this region is ideal for your family vacation.

Located in a quiet environment, ideal for relaxing nights. The place can be easily explored on foot and offers bakery, butcher and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. A small park and the outdoor swimming pool invite you to relax. Especially on weekends, it's worth a visit to the "Ice Mistress", where you can enjoy delicious ice cream. The idyllic location and many amenities make the accommodation perfect for a relaxing stay or longer vacation.

Guesthouse Am Kurpark - Apartment 1 - First floor

The guest house is located in the old town of Heilbad Heiligenstadt, in a half-timbered house lovingly renovated with traditional building materials from 2015 to 2020. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need - and more. This includes a complete kitchen, a washer-dryer, and decent Wi-Fi. Within walking distance are the spa park, shopping, medical facilities, city bus stop and also many sights.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a 140 cm wide sofa bed for 1-2 people. If necessary, a children's travel bed can be provided. The clay-plastered walls create a wonderful living environment. With a lot of love for detail, we want you to feel good here!It's all freshly renovated and waiting to make you happy.

Apartment in the "Villa Sonnenschein"

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Small fine apartment "Am Laubengang"

You will stay with us in a quaint cozy rear courtyard. The 35 m² apartment is accessible via a pergola and consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor is the living/kitchen area with a small bathroom and under the roof is where you sleep. Various outdoor seating options are available. Everything you need, such as a restaurant and supermarket, is a few minutes' walk away.

Guest room in the old town

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
