Relax in this unique and quiet waterfront accommodation. The village offers a municipal swimming beach with barbecue facilities, swings and volleyball nets, and there is also a disc golf course. There are also two hiking trails in the village: Karikaleden and Öijskataleden. For those interested in fishing, there are two boat launch sites, one of which is very close to the listing. During nice winters, the municipality's ski track also passes by the property.

The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available. Relax with the whole family and pets at this peaceful place in the middle of the fields. Hardly possible to find a more idyllic spot than this old rustic house, with its unique tar sauna overlooking the fields. The cabin just got an upgrade in 2024, and has now a second floor with a 3rd full bedroom and big studio space upstairs!
