"Vassendlia" - Tangevegen 230. Located in a sunny position, approx. 880 m above sea level with views of Helinvannet and Smådalsfjellet. Boat included. The plot is spacious and fenced, there is a site on the south and west side with table and bench. The cabin is accessible by car and you can drive all the way to the door. It is about 20 min. down to the village where you have all the amenities such as grocery store, gas station, ATM, etc. Winter parking approx. 5.5 km from the cabin. Snowmobile transport can be rented.

The cabin was built in 2023, is very lavish and with luxurious details. The location is completely unique next to the trendy Fyri hotel and with less than 2 minutes walk to the ski lift. The cabin has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of them with 180 cm wide beds, one of them with 160 cm bed. In addition, there is an associated living room to one bedroom with a sofa bed (150)

Velkommen til min sjarmerende, solrike fjellhytte som kombinerer sentral beliggenhet med moderne komfort. Hytta ligger i rolig område med familievennlig nabolag. Hytta ligger ved foten av Høllekølten, omgitt av vakker natur og et flott turterreng som byr på opplevelser året rundt. Nærhet til langrennsløyper, alpinbakker, randonee og til Hemsedal sentrum! God vinterbil er et must! Hytta er velutstyrt, med praktiske løsninger. Uteområdet byr på terrasse, og bålplass med grill og bålpanne.

Koselig renovert hytte med stue, spisestue, kjøkken, 2 soverom. 55 tommer TV og wifi fra Starlink tilgjengelig. Badestamp som fylles med vann fra elva er inkludert i prisen. Hytta har eget "bad" ute, med forbreningstoalett, vask og dusj med liten 30L bereder. Inne er det kaldt vann i springen fra hageslange. Ikke drikkevann. Hytta er beliggende «midt i» flott turterreng hvor du har ski inn/ut til et stort preparert løypenett på langrenn, i tillegg til 20 min avstand til skisenter. Stor solrik terrasse med nedfelt jacuzzi hvor du kan nyte solen hele dagen.
