Beautiful house, spacious and clean. easy to relax inside or out. loved the floors no carpet makes for a easy clean up and no stuck in smells. No bugs or pests whatsoever(I always check thoroughly!). Overall a great stay. This was our second time visiting this home, and we will definitely visit more.

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

This was our second time staying at Quang’s house in Rehoboth. It was super comfortable and close to everything. We love coming here! Would highly recommend (especially for families or groups, as there is plenty of room and the house is very spacious).

My family like many others is spread all over the place, and Rehoboth has long been our meeting place. However with multiple generations come very specific needs and Leigh’s house seemed to check all the boxes. It wasn’t until we arrived that we realized we would have our best family trip yet. From the spacious rooms and privacy for those of us needing to work, vs outdoor spaces (balcony, yard, patio, deck) for those wanting to play, we had it all. This may be the first time no one got annoyed with anyone else on a family vacation—because we all had space to breathe and relax as well as come together in the living room and lovely massive, well equipped kitchen. (Seriously, the knife set?! And even a popcorn popper? And a lemon juicer? Pepper grinder? Be still my beating Airbnb heart!) Leigh was super responsive anytime I had a question, and sent a wonderful restaurant rec list that gave us our fave meal. Linens and beds, amazing! Beach gear is A+. We’ll be back 💯!!!

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

My family of ten adults and two small children stayed at Christine’s place for a short beach vacation and it was perfect for us! We enjoyed the private, country feel and had campfires in the fire ring several nights. It was just a short drive from several nice beach areas, which made it a very convenient location. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Just what we look for in an Airbnb. Thank you for a great stay! Lots of memories made here!

Anna was very responsive and a great host! The layout of the condo was great, as was the pool. Quiet location despite being so close to Coastal Highway. The screen room (cozy and comfy) was AWESOME with a view of large green space between condo buildings. LOCATION! And having Fins next door was a major plus (delicious) as well as grocery and drug stores.

A really well kept and clean space! Private entrance leads you up to the studio where you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is very well kept and looks exactly like the photos. Access to the shared pool is an added bonus! Location is right off the highway so easy to get to wherever you want to go.

To say this was anything shy of an amazing experience would be an understatement. I have never had a host so responsive and sweet. Courtney’s house was absolutely beautiful and the small details in her home made our stay cozy and warm. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (the keurig machine stopped working our second day and she had one on our doorstep the very next morning, even though we said it wasn’t necessary) . The beach was a short 13 minute drive, the outlets were less than five minutes away and the restaurants were all within 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was situated in a very quiet community which made it very peaceful at night. I would 100% recommend Courtney’s home over and over. Thanks for an amazing experience!

We had a peaceful stay at Lilia’s place, and were under a 5 minute drive to my parents place in the Vineyards. This Airbnb is walkable to cvs, bakeries and Arenas diner, which worked out well for us to get food on the go. The two beds and two bathrooms also worked out well for a family of three. The amenities are modern including the HBAC, and was nice to have an outdoor space as well. WiFi worked for two of us to work and our daughter to stream videos. We would go back!

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

This place was amazing! The decor was wonderful, so cool and eclectic! My aunt, cousin, and I stayed for 3 nights and were happy and comfortable, it was a fun girls trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and very clean. Bathrooms were super cool and both had walk in showers. The location was great, only a few minutes from downtown Cape May. My cousin enjoyed staying in the backyard bedroom, its was very cute an comfy. We also enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. Teresa had a great guidebook, and we took her up on several of her suggestions. Cape May is a fun town and the beautiful Victorian homes are not to be missed. I suggest the Historic trolley tour. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and would 100% stay again!

Perfect spot for a long weekend with my pup. The condo was spacious and clean, not to mention quiet! I appreciated the ease of my drive to Lewes and its beaches. Would gladly stay here again!

Everything about the listing is accuarate. It is a very comfortable space, well decorated, with attentive, kind, and flexbile hosts close to everything one could need. Hosts like this are what make AirBnB great. Cheers to more great years hosting!

My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

This is a beautiful loft surrounded by flowering trees and greenery. It was immaculate and beautifully appointed. You can tell that the hosts took great care in selecting the decor. The kitchen and bathroom had everything that was needed. I was pleased to find a bag of delicious Columbian coffee, a thoughtful gesture. Shopping outlets, restaurants and Rehoboth beach are easily accessible. A morning walk on the property allowed us to visit with the free roaming chickens and enjoy the serenity and peacefulness of the setting. The hosts communicated with us before, upon arrival and at the end of our stay to insure that we had everything that we needed.

John's place was perfect for me and my friends to bunker after a harsh school year. It was very cozy, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed and more. The location was perfect since it was next to the beach as well as the outlets for some shopping. The owner was also very responsive and helpful and we felt right at home.

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

Chad's home was everything that our family needed. We were able to speak with Chad to get the layout of the pool area, which was amazing to use with my family. There was nothing within the home or the area you'll need. I would recommend Chad's home to anyone!

This beach cottage was such a great space for my memorial weekend girls trip! Definitely recommend Greg’s space!

This is the second time that we have stayed at Katelyn's perfect gem of a cottage. It is off the main street, but easily accessible. Everything was bright and clean. We particularly appreciated the selection of games available. You simply can't beat the location. The street itself is residential and quiet, but it is an easy walk to Rehoboth Avenue and the Boardwalk. Lots of restaurants to try and boutiques to visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved staying at Kristen’s house! It was even bigger than the photos and had everything we needed. It’s located in a very safe/quiet community around 5 minutes driving from the boardwalk.
