Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

This newly renovated property has an open plan kitchen and living room area complete with cooker, sink, fridge, breakfast bar with bar stools, sofa and TV. Full of beautiful and quirky design details, this little house is a joy to be in. Up the gold painted stairs is a bedroom with double bed, desk, hooks and hangers and a bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
