Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Hérens District

The appartment is exactly as described and very clean. It's part of a complex of rentals, with a ski school, sports material rental, bar and supermarket downstairs. It's got a great underground parking (additional cost) and ski lockers (included). The location is the best possible, just across the street from the telecabin. You basically put the skis on, take the elevator up, cross the street and you're there. And then you ski right back in. Something to note: the kitchen is furnished but empty, there's not even salt, pepper or cooking oil. There's no fondue or raclette sets, but you can rent these from the downstairs supermarket. The only thing we really missed was a hairdryer. But all of these can be easily fixed if you know in advance. Overall I warmly recommend this appartment due to it's fantastic location, its cleanliness and all the amenities in its very close vicinity. We spent a family ski vacation and we'll definitely be back.

This is a very well maintained and well appointed apartment in a typical Swiss chalet located steps away from shopping, dining and everything else Verbier has to offer. The modern bathrooms were spotless. The towels, chocolates on the bed and countless other nice small touches were great. They put a lot of effort into all these small details. The breakfast was good. There was cake in the afternoon as well as coffee, tea, water to drink any time. You are able to use the kitchen to cook your own food if you like. The large common area was comfortable and I did enjoy socializing with the other guests. The communication with Sacha was perfect. He was able to accommodate my change of plans and to offer me a parking spot at very short notice. Prices in Verbier are generally high. If I think about the fact that we shared the bathrooms with the other guests, the price seems higher still. I think that is just the price of things in Verbier, Switzerland.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay with Francine! Everything was great and Francine is a lovely and warm host. The location is perfect for skiing with Les mazots/les diablerets ski lift a short, easy walk away (even carrying ski equipment) and there is a stop for the bus to glacier3000 less than 2 minutes walk from the door. Bradley and Marianna were wonderful hosts - very friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is serene, and the photos don’t do it justice. The breakfast they provided was delicious and freshly made, making it feel like we were staying at home. The view from our rooms was also amazing, especially with the balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The host gave us many suggestions about places to visit and the local area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If we ever visit again, we’d love to stay here for a second time. We highly recommend it to anyone considering booking with Bradley and Marianna.

Absolutely stay here if you get the chance. I'd recommend at least three nights for excursions up the (very serious) local mountains and hikes in the area. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast filling, the restaurant delicious, the service excellent, and the surroundings quiet. The building is relatively far from the center of town, so you really get a chance to relax. I’d recommend booking this place over many of the more expensive in-town options. Recommendations for finding the place: Follow Rico and Phillipa’s instructions and the signs! Google Maps would have led me across a non-existent, washed-out trail. Also, one of the paragliding guides recommended the Matterhorn app for more up-to-date information (e.g., what transit is operational and where the sheep are).

Simple but functional room, quite small. For one night on a bike tour tiptop. It has everything you need. Cozy Zmorge, you feel very welcome. Restaurant tip: Hotel Diana near Ried (10 min walk), above-average food and drink offer and - if you are lucky - spontaneous iodine inserts of other guests ...

We really enjoyed our time in Bernese oberland and Maja’s place was easy to get around the places we visited. We felt right at home and welcomed with Maja and her family. The awesome breakfast was a great start to the day and the recommendations provided by Maja also helped us a lot. The place is within beautiful surrounding and meadows, the Mountain View from the window was just perfect. We are definitely staying here again when back in the region.

I deeply enjoyed my stay with Grace in Tasch. She went above and beyond to make my stay memorable by picking me up at the train station, preparing breakfast and sharing dinner, and offering local recommendation of things to do in Zermatt. Would highly recommend staying here on your next ski adventure. Quick 20 minute train to Zermatt, very easy to get around and close to an alternative train station that leaves daily to Zermatt. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay with Rico and Philippa, who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts. The room was spotless, the bed super cozy, and we slept like babies! The food was absolutely delicious every meal felt like it was made with care. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It’s a peaceful, calming place that’s worth every step of the hike up (yes, it’s a little demanding, but it’s very doable, and you forget all about it once you arrive). We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Thank you again, Rico and Philippa, for such a special experience!

Sascha is such a kind individual. I came here with my girlfriend and he gave us both great paths to follow when skiing. He also gave us great recommendations for dinner. He’s kind and always prepared a fantastic breakfast and even served us when we technically showed up late. I would certainly stay here again if visiting verbier. Anders and Helle went above and beyond for myself and my daughter. Airline lost 1 bag with ski gear inside, The hosts provided replacement ski gear that was missing saving our short break. Breakfast was very nice set inside Hosts kitchen. Would highly recommend. 5 minute walk to Le Châble Ski lift.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was the most amazing stay, definitely in my top 3 of all time. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Le Rudli only opened in March and it shows. The place was clean, fresh and well maintained, the views of the mountains and lake Thun were breathtaking. The breakfast was incredibly tasty and such a variety of local organic ingredients used. The hosts Moni and Urs were wonderful, Moni goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She even prayed for me as I was unwell. Its a magical place hidden away in Swiss nature. I could go on and on and on, I’d definitely come back and stay for longer. It felt sad to leave. Oh and the beds and pillows are the most comfortable ever, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. DO NOT HESITATE CLICK THE BOOK BUTTON AND BOOK IT NOW YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Beautiful place to stay… I loved my stay with Rico & Philippa, fantastic surroundings. Beautiful views. It’s a proper 1.5 hours hime to get there and it is a steep incline but it was worth it. They have a full menus with delicious meals. Rico and Philippa were very friendly and kind, gave me great advice for hiking routes. I would definitely visit again.

Angelika is very nice, she welcomed us as if we were her family, with a big smile and with joy. She adapted to us, really great! The bedrooms were clean, modern, quiet. Everything was beautiful and the stay was perfect!

Awesome location ...just infront of lake thun.. little inside in krattigen ..accessible to interlaken easily.. It was comfortable stay with cozy bed and kitchenette which was common although would appreciate mirror in the room and dustbin in washroom..wont mind a small fan in this season as summers are hot esp lot of flies in room. Nathalie being super host in communication and and responses Her pets were adorable and kids were like family. Highly recommended..a very pleasant 4 nights stay👍
