Central and cozy apartment.

Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys, ages 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

There is a private entrance and access to a cozy courtyard with spa. There is 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

The house is an old wooden house we have refurbished, so do not expect a state-of-the-art and streamlined type house. 3 km south of Køge city center, this lovely annex is located in a quiet and rural setting. The annex is independent, with its own driveway, parking spaces, and a small courtyard. The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge Golf Club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby cot(s) can be provided for an additional fee of DKK 125.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
