This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.

I loved Hilarys place, so oraceful and private, just what I was looking for. gorgeous front view..of the ocean. nice surroundings, beautiful foliage. Hilary is such a responsive helpful host. would definitely stay again!!!

Excellent place for those on a budget. Clean and safe. Beautiful grounds and pool. Groundskeeper Manual and administrator Jessica super to deal with and owner Matthew a phone call away if any issues! Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

This place was phenomenal. From the beautiful decor to the pristine views of the ocean and beautiful pool. The staff were like family by the time we stay was over. Love this location for my stays in Cabarete. The property is comfortable, private, secure, has parking, flexible check in, a balcony/terrace to enjoy a meal or work outdoors, a pool and direct access to the beach. As a local I value having a gem like this close to home. Will be happy to return once again.

Rob is a fantastic host and a true expert on the area. His place was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities — plus, it’s in a prime location in Sosúa. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk. He also provided me with great local recommendations. A real down-to-earth guide — I’d absolutely recommend him, 10 out of 10.
