Un endroit magnifique. Le plus bel endroit pour vivre à Cabarette. Les gens sont gentils, l’endroit est très propre. La piscine est de belle grandeur pour faire des longueurs. Prendre des grandes marches sur la plage. Le service de ménage hebdomadaire. Les serviettes de plage. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir la terrasse sur le toit mais quand elle sera faite ce sera encore plus magnifique 🤩. Service de restaurant accessible sur le site pour dîner/souper et boissons alcoolisées. À distance de marche des épiceries, bars et restaurants aux menus variés. Luïs répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Tout est parfait dans ce super condo!

Wow! It’s all about the view and the sound of the waves. Huge balcony, spacious, well equipped condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. 2 km walk along the beach to the centre of Cabarete (good grocery store). So many great restaurants, all within walking distance. We have stayed at five other complexes in Cabarete and Seawinds is hands down the best. Beautiful big pools, well maintained gardens, clean shared facilities, friendly people and very good security. The only negative is what the construction next door, towards Kite beach has done. They have pushed dirt and rocks so far forward that it has cut off a safe walk along the beach over to Kite Beach. Hopefully it’s in the plans to create a path and some stairs up over the rocks to better access Kite Beach. There are some great restaurants and bars there. it's a beautiful place big rooms comfortable beds comfortable furniture big balcony very beautiful the outside makes you feel like a vacation right on the water private beach. I highly recommend you in this place. and friendly workers. they take care of you till the last minute your there .

Great location, beautiful spot, and perfect amenities. You can see the pool from all of the rooms, and the beach from many of them. The beach is literally a stone’s throw away. The staff are amazing and helpful with anything that you need. Oh and there is private security who walks the property, so you feel extra safe. I will definitely be returning.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El lugar es hermoso, bien cuidado y con un ambiente muy acogedor. La atención del personal fue siempre amable y atenta, y la comida simplemente deliciosa: bien presentada y con muy buen sabor. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Very comfortable accommodations for my son and I as we were on tour of the DR. We had two rooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and living room on the bottom floor. All were well maintained with warm showers, good water pressure & AC. A lot of the buildings around are not inhabited but we found a small bar across the street that kept us occupied. Also Wilson’s restaurant is a must if your feeling adventurous. It’s a shack on the sand where they prepare fresh crab & fish. On the property you will find a pool, horses, four-wheelers, surf boards and other fun stuff available, some of which require an additional fee. We will happily be make next time we’re in the area.

Staying here has been a pleasure. Elisabeth is easy to deal with and very proactive and responsive to our needs. We enjoy it so much that we booked again for next year. This place is our top pick for our stays in Cabarete.

This was my second stay in this location. The location has not disappointed me. The current resident was very safe, clean, great hostess and feels like living as a part of the local community. The unit has a little space! Its feels like a home. New construction is being built close to unit - hopefully things will remain the same.

Como siempre fue un placer! Me senti como en Casa. My favorite place to stay in cabarete. Everything works perfect and zenaida is always there when needed! A really lovely person. Not to forget about the neighbors who are all very friendly and helpful. Next time again!
