Very nice house, the place was quiet and beautiful! The only thing is the access to the subdivision is a bit lioso, because each exit and entry registers the access again as if it were the first time, but well that is foreign to the host.

We loved staying here, we felt at home, the description totally matched the characteristics of the house. Excellent place, area close to tourist places, air-conditioned, very clean, with all the accessories. Thanks Claudia and Viky, there was good communication at all times. We will gladly return.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Eva's house, because we love to come to a place that's very familiar to us. With an excellent location, with equipment according to the description, clean, with privacy, a fairly attractive price. Eva María is a host with extensive experience and does not miss an opportunity to be attentive and respond effectively and expeditiously to the requests made to her. That's why it has become our favorite accommodation in the port of Veracruz.

The house is very spacious, its layout is very comfortable and the decoration is quite nice too. It is 10 minutes from Boca Del Río, so it is in a very quiet area. Ideal if you are traveling with older adults because the house has accessibility facilities. The host's service was very good and he answered my questions at all times. Great place.

My experience at this place was very good. The place was clean, comfortable and well located. Everything was just as shown in the pictures. The host was very kind and attentive, always available for any questions. We were greeted with coffee and cookies, and the space had cooking utensils, which was very practical. In addition, it has a hammock and air conditioning, which made the stay even more pleasant. I felt very comfortable and safe. Definitely a good place to stay. I highly recommend it and would love to come back.

Excellent accommodation option, especially in relation to Quality-Precio. The room has the essentials for the stay, including air conditioning. Salvador a very accessible host, allowed me to arrive before my check-in to leave my luggage, and check-in was ready before the time described. The location is good, close to the beach and many great bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. To mention some negative point, I would only comment that the water in the shower was not very hot, but with the heat it was not something that was very missed😅.

The place was incredible! We went as a family and we were all delighted. The explanation to get there was incredible, easy and detailed. Everything was good, reception, cleanliness, location and service. Very good that it has air conditioning, only difficult to understand the TV but otherwise everything is fine.

My family and I felt like at home, the place looks just like the pictures. Julio was super attentive, always asking if we needed anything else and was also very responsive.
