Tucked away in beautiful Kōpūtai - Port Chalmers, Dunedin, is my historic 1882 one bedroom fully furnished apartment, a cosy retreat with all day sun! Relax on the veranda or visit interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and the supermarket, just a 10 minute walk away with the stadium being a ten minute drive. Beachaven is an idyllic retreat just meters from the beach. This historic 1913 bungalow is secluded, relaxing and peaceful. At the back gate the Otago/Otepoti shipping channel, marine reserve and salt marsh. At the front is the Pacific Ocean, abundant with wildlife, penguins, seals, sealions and birds.
