Loved it everything was clean , they let us check in earlier it was amazing experience. Very nice view , building amenities were 10/10, pool , gym , sauna , private office and meeting rooms , private parking, close to lots of good restaurants. 10/10 experience

We had an amazing stay and the place looked exactly like the photos. Had most of the amenities we needed for our short stay! We walked to a lot of places in Brickell, as they were so close to the apartment, and the best thing is that the building was very quiet and private to rest in between. Assigned parking spot is on 8th floor which takes a bit of time whenever you are getting in/out. Apartment is a bit dated but the location and the view are unbeatable though!

Beautiful place! Highly recommend. They were very responsive and provided new batteries especially when the tv remotes were dead.

This was a great spot and lot of different things to do around one thing I can say is some of the bars is very expensive …. Overall I loved everything about my stay … highly recommend

I simply loved everything about this place, it is cozy, clean and easily accessible to other locations. The building has an amazing gym that works 24 hours, and the pool was also great! They found me people to welcome me and give me the necessary guidance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

I thoroughly appreciated my one-week stay at Tyler's Airbnb. From the outset, Tyler exhibited exceptional professionalism. The entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was seamless. The staff at the penthouse were professional and helpful, the penthouse itself boasts a stunning view from the 42nd floor, and the premises were immaculately cleaned with basic necessities stocked, in a safe location. With local restaurants and a CVS on the same block, Based on the outstanding service, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again or at any of Tyler's other Airbnb properties. You will not regret it.

The view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beach and the children loved the kids pool area.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Dreamed Lugar. Just entering the apartment and facing the sea from a 39th floor is unparalleled and mind-blowing. The beds in the 3 rooms are spectacular!!! The resort pool is SUPER and host Mike is very attentive and diligent, he responds immediately to every query. I recommend not to miss this place that, although it does not fall into the economic category if I assure you that making an effort you will spend unforgettable days in this fabulous penthouse!!! Our stay in Miami was lovely. Everything looks exactly like on pictures, kitchen is fully equipped, there was a lot of space and 3 bathrooms that were more than enough. The place is located about 20-30 min by car from the most popular attractions in Miami. I would highly recommend the house for the groups of 10, it's very comfortable and affordable.

I've stayed here multiple times, and every time it's been a joy and delight. Really relaxed atmosphere and I have everything I need to make my stay enjoyable.

had a great stay at Duncan’s - the house felt so cozy & had everything we needed and Duncan was responsive when we needed to find extra household items. The house was clean, beds were comfortable & it was roomy for all of us. Backyard is so cute too!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice and comfortable …we truly felt like we were at home. The private backyard and pool area were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Nissim was a very kind and helpful host who made everything easy. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome stay at Mark’s apartment in Miami! The place was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The building is really nice with great amenities - loved the gym, pool, jacuzzi and the play area. Location was perfect too - walkable to tons of restaurants and shops, and really easy to get around (5 mins drive to Wynwood walls, 20 mins to Miami Beach). My kids loved watching the trains from the balcony. Mark was very responsive. We had a hiccup with parking but he solved it right away. Just a note for light sleepers that it can get noisy on the weekend but it’s expected for the convenience of the location. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay here!
