It provides wonderful outside living, with a well equipped outdoor kitchen, fire pit with accessories to bbq, roast or do one-pot meals and a charcoal BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax

This lovely little cottage is ideally placed to explore the local walks, straight from the gate. The area is criss-crossed with miles of beautiful footpaths. We did tons of walking, and didn’t touch the car all weekend! The 2 local pubs and a really handy little shop and Cafe are all great, and each are just a short walk from the cottage. The parking situation would be a faff if you needed regular or easy access to your vehicle, but we were fine with it. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend in a really lovely place. Thank you!

Clare's place is cute and nice, well located to explore the Cotswolds, and Clare's recommendiatons for food and things to do were great. The only downside is the that we encounter some neighbours both in the cottage and neighborhood that were not very nice; one would think they were not happy to have people visiting.
