Pure Japanese style traditional House Entire house

This is one of the few remaining pure Japanese-style shoin-zukuri buildings in Hiroshima City, built 75 years ago, shortly after the war.One step from the main street, in a quiet environment, there is a small Japanese-style garden where you can relax. Some of the items on display at the Dance House include a pot that partially melted due to the heat from the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, and photographs from around 100 years ago. The fixtures and glassware date back more than 70 years, and the two gardens, the hearth, and the study, in particular, capture the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese home. Currently, these items can only be obtained by placing orders with a select group of artisans. Of the 5 rooms, 3 are tatami rooms, so please lay a futon on the tatami when you go to bed. Located in Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, and accessible by a single city tram ride From the nearest train/tram stop ①, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Hiroshima Station. You'll find everything you need for daily living right in the neighborhood at the large shopping mall, Youme Town Hiroshima. Aki no Kyoto Takehara/One day one group limited Edo period old folk house

Takehara City is located along the sea between Kure and Onomichi. The inn is a two-story, detached house with a courtyard built in the Edo period, located in the center of the Takehara Townscape Preservation District (a nationally important preservation district for groups of traditional buildings), a 13-minute walk from JR Takehara Station and a 20-minute drive from Hiroshima Airport. There are almost no people in the morning and evening, and you can spend a quiet time as if you have traveled back in time to an Edo period town. The spacious free space on the second floor is a large space with luxurious ceiling beams and a view of the streets of the town from the windows. From the room facing the courtyard on the second floor, you can see Fumeyakaku, a landmark of Takehara. In a space that has been artistically renovated with organic materials, you can enjoy unique art in various places. The bath is particularly special, with a hand-made ceramic bathtub by a craftsman from Yamagata prefecture, painted by the artist owner. The walls are plastered with a round finish and have art by Horro. The floor is covered with vibrant blue tiles from Awaji Island. The walls are plastered with Hiroshima oyster shells. The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. This is the only accommodation near Shin-Onomichi Station. The accommodation is a traditional Japanese house, and you will stay in the main house. Limited to one group per day, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Only one dog can stay with you (but it must be kept in a cage in the tatami room). Because it is close to the Shinkansen, there is noise and vibration every time it passes. It may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound. (It is quiet because it does not operate from 11:40 pm to 6:20 am) If you are staying with 2 people, you can have separate bedrooms. Or you can combine two single beds to make a double bed.
