We enjoyed our stay at the tree house. Hendrick and Cathrin kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. They responded quickly with any concerns I had. Great location to UF, restaurants, shopping , and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood . They also offered us a bottle of wine. I would recommend the tree house !

Beautiful home on a perfect lake - I rented both houses for a shared bachelor week, and every was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, including setting us up with 7 kayaks. The houses were both better than they looked in the pictures, with large modern kitchens and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Lastly, the docks are great, and there are lots of birds and fish around. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the property was largely shaded so it was pretty cool throughout the day. There was a bunch of parking.

Gerald’s place with the perfect stop on a road trip through Florida. Having a washer and dryer and quiet, peaceful environment were much appreciated. Gerald was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We are repeat visitors. This property is private enough to enjoy your stay with family but also located close enough to Ichetucknee Springs State Park to enjoy all the park amenities. We were able to tube, kayak, paddleboard and swim all the way down to the property from the State Park. We saw all sorts of wildlife from otters to deer, bats at night, owls. The location has all the essentials, and the hosts are very receptive to any needs or questions. Highly recommend!

Suwannee River Retreat was one of the best family vacations we have had! The home + dock + amenities are unmatched and it was the perfect getaway in nature for our family. The home's surroundings were beautiful- peaceful Suwannee River and nicely shaded yard. The dock was shaded most of the day, and was where we spent a good amount of time with some fishing and others kayaking. Our Easter 2025 weekend was so enjoyable and we're grateful for the memories made here. We will cherish this experience. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely retreat with us <3 A few notes for future travelers- kitchen has all you need. We brought things in case and didn't end up needing them. We were even able to have a nice holiday meal with all the serving dishes. We enjoyed Fanning Springs State Park, Hart Springs county park, Nature Coast Trail - Suwannee River Bridge.

Kate’s condo is very lovely—sparklingly clean and beautifully decorated! The layout with the two en suites on either end is perfect for two couples staying together. Very reasonably priced and reflective of the neighborhood.

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

We had a great time at Johnny’s place. The house was perfect for accommodating a large group. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with families of deer roaming around which was beautiful to see. Everything was exactly as we expected. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the seventies feel it had. There was plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets for everyone. I really can’t say enough great things about our time here.

The stay was very pleasant. Located in a quiet community with great neighbors. The host ALWAYS responded immediately and remedied any questions I had.

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

This condo was very easy to get to and super close to shopping and restaurants. Marcos was always very responsive if I had any questions or needed to reach out for anything. The units/neighborhood are on the older side, but Marcos has done a great job of updating with many modern upgrades. The unit has everything you need and is quite cozy. The area is pretty quiet aside from the interstate traffic, which isn't bad at all. Thanks for a providing a great place to stay!

Jamil’s place- theTreehouse Cabin Retreat- is a hidden gem nestled on beautiful acreage with a wealth of amenities, and is without a doubt THE best treehouse and cabin experience we have ever had on Airbnb! The treehouse and hidden nook are truly magical, the cabin is super charming with its intricate carpentry and woodwork, and the surrounding campgrounds are equipped with every convenience imaginable for the uninterrupted tranquility of a perfect family getaway. My professionally trained working dogs loved the acreage, and my Belgian Malinois enjoyed the tracking games we were able to play with all of the space. My 6yo niece loved the variety of board and outdoor games. My family and I cherished the time spent around the campfire, and of course, made s'mores! The beds and linens were comfortable, laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided, and the nostalgia from DVD or VHS movie choices are unmatched! 5 stars, a Top 1% Airbnb property, book your stay- you won't regret it!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The location was perfect. My husband and I visited for a few days with our two dogs, and kayaked around the Santa Fe, and Ichetucknee river. The dock was perfect to launch the kayaks out of, and let our dogs watch the fish, and the pavilion over the river was great to relax in and watch boats pass by. The yard was beautiful, landscaped, and entirely fenced in for the dogs ( there was even a fence/gate to separate the upper deck from front door/front steps.) We will absolutely be back again as soon as we can.

Host - very friendly and helpful. Alot of extras (smores, charcoal, toiletries, garbage bags, broom & swifter (my pet pieve) as I own a AirB&B cleaning company. I would recommend to those needed some place close to the springs and on an budget. RV has an outdoor cooking area, including mini fridge, which was great to keep the inside smelling nice. Sound system split floor plan, awesome! Thank you Daniel for everything.

Amazing. Perfect for our family. We had thr best time, great hosts, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our time and we didn't even use all of the amenities. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the property. No neighbors were visible, which I liked. The house was well appointed, and they clearly thought of the details.

The house was wonderful—super clean and stocked with lots of thoughtful amenities. I especially appreciated how everything was neatly labeled, which made it easy to settle in. The ping pong table was a big hit, and the kids never once said they were bored! It was about 20 minutes from Newberry, where my daughter had her tournament, so the location was very convenient. The home is tucked away, surrounded by lush greenery, and incredibly peaceful. The only downside was the number of insects. It’s summer in Florida and it had rained, so that’s to be expected, but there were a few large spiders that made their way inside. Other than that it was perfect for my family.

Our family of four enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. A modest country home nestled in the woods. Seeing all the deer coming & going, listening to the birds. Roads are beautiful with soft white sand and canopy trees make for the most enjoyable, relaxing walks, especially down to the Ichetucknee for a float. Private access was a privilege we loved, never dealing with any crowds. Fell in love with the area. Kayaked down the Santa Fe. Abundance of wildlife, and the perfect slower pace we love. Would come again. Host was responsive, nothing was ever needed as everything was well thought out. Home was clean & kept well ordered and prepared.

Our stay at Penelope Pt was amazing. Our hostess when over and beyond. The house was decorated beautifully. It felt like home instantly. The view of the pasture, large trees and the donkeys were serene. We spent much time on the porch watching deer and sunsets. The outside pavilion was also great to spend time outside and cook out. We fell in love with the donkeys. What personalities they have! Takara truly thought of everything to make our stay incredible. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with quality products. We have stayed in many properties but this one was by far the best. I wish I could rate it 10 stars. Thank you Takara for a winter we will never forget. Ps, the town of High Springs is great and a visit to one of the many springs is also something not to miss! Beautiful….
